Worst customer service I’ve seen and experienced at any restaurant. I put an online order in, could not add another item that I wanted, so I put my order in and then figured I would call to add the other. I waited on hold forever, when she finally answered the phone I was answered with attitude. I informed her I couldn’t add what I wanted so I wanted to add it then she told me to go online. I told her it wouldn’t add so that’s the reason for my call she then proceeded to tell me “well I really can’t and I’m not taking your order right now” and she really didn’t when that’s quite literally her job! I also didn’t even get all of my order. So you guys took my money, and didn’t even give me everything I ordered. I really didn’t feel like fighting with her anymore. My husband and I were ending a long car ride from Florida and figured we’d order, I really should’ve just cooked dinner.

We had excellent service. The young lady that worked there was so pleasant. She was short handed but you would not have known it from her attitude . Our pizza was good. Best we have had at a pizza hut in a long time.

Tried this location twice. The first time, the pizza crust was not done. Spent 22.00 for 2 orders. Each was a personal personal pan with 1 topping and 4 boneless imitation chicken wings and a watered-down drink. Was not good at all. The 2nd visit, I asked for one of the same and couldn’t get the watered-down drink unless I paid extra. The sauce was salty and messy. Not good.

Worst Restaurant in South Hill and that’s saying something with Hardee’s and Taco Bell here also. Waited 2 hours for my order and when I went in to see what was going on, they haven’t even made it and it would be an additional 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Domino’s is better anyway.

What would really be nice is if this place looked at the customer comment section. I always put one in and half of the time my requests are honored other times not so much. I like my pizza cooked well because the pizza baking time never seems to be consistent. Most times and I’m sure it depends on who cooks the pizza, it looks like the cheese is barely melted before being pulled out of the oven. Today that was the case for me. I’ll have to take it home now and pop it in the oven even after I added to my comments to “cook well”. Please do better

I love the fact that this pizza hut has a drive thru. However, most of the time this pizza hut does not have very good service. Last night was not very good. The poor worker working the drive thru also had to work the front. She was so stressed her hands were shaking. She was arguing with the workers and I had to sit 20 minutes in the drive thru bc she was too busy and then she was a little snippy with me. She tells me they didn’t have garlic sauce so I asked if I could get a refund and the manager on duty came over and said well she will have to wait, I’m thinking what I already waited 20 minutes now I have to wait longer bc you don’t feel like doing it. So then the girl working the drive thru gave me $2 out of her own pocket. So ridiculous!
