Placed an online order and waited 30 min before going to pick it up. Waited another 30 min in the drive thru pick lane. They need to get better. This was on a Sunday at 3:30 in the afternoon. Girl that brought out my one large pizza when asked said sorry their just really slow in the back.

We arrived at 915, the restaurant lights were turned off on the outside and dining room. The entrance door was locked and the sign on the door clearly stated that closing hours were 10:00pm. Didn’t seem to be any experienced manangers/ leadership presence. Plus the establishment looks run down and dated. I will not return.

The price for this pizza was so high! I mean I didn’t expect it to be genuine Italian pizza or anything. It’s a different type of pizza, it’s fast food pizza. But the cost for it is just crazy to me!

Let me tell you something, it had been a while since I’ve had Pizza from this location. I don’t know what has happened to this place in the last 2-3 years but last night I just had the most disgusting Pizza I have ever had in my entire life, including the Pizza they used to serve us at School 20+ years ago. I could look at the pizza and tell it looked off and the Marinara sauce looked disgusting. Which is sad, because I ordered sweet marinara sauce (extra) and that is NOT what I got. The saddest part is, that is the second time in the last few months that I’ve seen Pizza from this location that looked disgusting. I had gotten a Pizza from there a few months ago that looked nearly identical the one I had last night and I threw it away instead of eating it. Well last night I ate some and it was disgusting and it looked OLD. I don’t know what they have going on in that place now, I don’t know whether the Marinara Sauce is old, not being stored correctly, or if they are giving customers unclaimed day old pizzas, but PLEASE go to Dominos instead. What is THE MATTER with people these days in these food establishments here in Franklin?!?! Do you not realize that you can kill someone with food poisoning? A Restaurant is the LAST PLACE you should be slacking. You guys need to be shut down!!

Ordered a pizza online. Thank god I chose pay in store. Showed up to the “cooks” out back smoking weed. Pull up to the window and the workers who were out back come inside and just stare at me through eh drive through window. Never open it up. Just stare at me. Avoid this place at all cost. Just go to wal mart and get a frozen pizza.

Stopped in for a $12.99 buffet with my wife and only orderd water with our meal but, no ice for our drinks so we had bottled water and our bill was over $33.00. The food on yhe buffet was not worth what we paid. Will never go there again.

This was my first time being able to dine in a Pizza Hut since I was a teenager. All my local ones have shut dine in down it seems. The lady working was an absolute gem! She made my food extra special and oh my goodness, when I say my heart is completely full. I would definitely come back, even though it’s about an hours drive. Friendly staff and great food. 10/10 recommend!
