I called them to place my order. Then they put my call on hold twice When I got there, I looked ahead. These people were watching movies on their phones. That’s why they didn’t answer anyone’s phone. They wasted my time and then I ordered pizza from domino’s.

This Pizza Hut was very quick and food was very hot which I like because I have semi hot pizza. The cheese crust was very cheesy. They were open New Year’s Eve which was nice since we were traveling through and everything else was closed since we waited too long to eat unfortunately (our fault of course)

Another trucker here at the truck stop, placed my order around 1130pm, google said they close at 1 so plenty of time. Called around 1157 to see if they were still open after reading reviews. I got a call center that said they were open till 12 and transfered me to the store where it rang for 5 minutes. Tracking is no longer available so hopefully my card gets refunded. They need to either change the hours on Google or figure something out

Amazing food. Fresh and Hot. I am on vacation and I have never eaten a hot fresh pizza like this ever on the road. It was a fast and friendly delivery. Keep up the good work. I will stop in and see you again soon. I highly recommend this place to family and friends. I give you 5 stars.

I placed an online order with the “pay at store” option. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said “drive through only” so I drove up to the window. There was at least 4 people inside behind the counter. Everyone was yelling like they were having a hell of a party although all 4 saw me sitting there at the drive through window, not a single one acknowledged me or came to the window. That place needs shut down. Anyway since they would rather party inside than hand a customer their pizza, I went across the road to Domino’s and they actually gave me a free pizza after I told them about my Pizza Hut experience.

Didn’t even get any food. We walked in and waited a minute before we saw anyone which is fine but then a boy comes out to do something and doesn’t even greet us, it was like we weren’t even there so we left after a couple minutes.

I’m a trucker passing through. It was about 10:40 pm and most places seemed to be closed. Online it says Pizza Hut is open until midnight so I placed an order for delivery. I was across the interstate so I figured better than pickup as I would be walking. Following along in the app it said delivery eta was 11:19 pm. 11:30 rolls around and no food or even a call to try and find me. So I call the store to see what’s going on. The automated system said my order was cancelled although the app still showed scheduled for delivery. I then decided since nobody would pick up that I would walk to the store to speak with someone. Hopefully to at least get my money back. They charged me twice btw. Got to the store about 11:50 pm. Lights out and everything is shut down. Hours on the door say they closed at 11:00. I don’t receive my food. I was charged twice. And I didn’t receive any communication about my order being cancelled. This place needs an upgrade on management.

WORST SERVICES EVER! It’s been almost 1 hr and 45 minutes when they say the estimated time was 25 minutes. I’m calling and calling to the store and nobody answer!! I called customer service and the only answer they gave me was they can transfer my call to the store!! After almost 2 hours waiting I received this pizza and cold!!! How people can do that??

How can Pizza Hut be out of EVERYTHING each time I make an order? The last 4 times I’ve tried to order they have been out of stock of most crusts and just about every topping. The one time I was able to submit an order (they actually had crust available to order!) they cancelled my order without calling/letting me know. How is this Pizza Hut still open?
