WORST SERVICES EVER! It’s been almost 1 hr and 45 minutes when they say the estimated time was 25 minutes. I’m calling and calling to the store and nobody answer!! I called customer service and the only answer they gave me was they can transfer my call to the store!! After almost 2 hours waiting I received this pizza and cold!!! How people can do that??

Pizza was fresh , hot and delicious. I just personally do not like placing an order on an automated system. Delivery man was courteous and pleasant.

The food arrived in a timely manner, but was still cold. $35.00 wasted. Chicken was supposed to be mild wings and it was 5 boneless naked chicken pieces and COLD! The kids love Pizza Hut but in the Emporia store has changed all that. Thanks. And still had to spend another $40 at McDonald’s but they were happy and satisfied.

I ordered two medium pizzas, cinnamon buns, and cheese sticks. Everything was over cooked, tough, and cold. The pizza was not like pizza hut used to be with the nice crunchy crust. Its now soggy, rubbery, and tasteless. On top of that my delivery took over an hour for me to receive. I spent $50 and had to throw it all out. Never again.

Fix your online ordering guys! I placed my order and suddenly had 5 pizzas in my cart instead of 1. After fixing this issue, I was charged for my order 3 times and it locked my card until I called the fraud protection department. quite literally the worst online purchase experience ever!

Excellent! I know I know its Pizza Hut. However, the employees make the biggest impression to me. All CoVid 19 protocols are utilized and the employees are fantastic at maintaining safety. Ordering is online or mobile only. The staff wear masks and gloves at all times. There are no restrooms to review. From the outside area everything appears clean.

Pre ordered so wouldn’t have to wait. When I picked up order they dropped in floor and all was said was it’ll be 8 minutes to fix more. I told her I pre ordered so I didn’t have to wait. That I’ll go to Domino’s across street if I had to wait. Never offered discount or dessert for waiting extra. I went to Domino’s and waited less than 10 min. Don’t go again. 3rd time in a row based experience there. Will not go again
