I’ve had issues with this location in the past. Initially, tipping online only to realize they use Door Dash. This resulted in having to double tip, so the driver could be made whole. Tonight, I ordered a pizza and side at approximately 6:15. The order did not arrive until 8:15. I called twice to cancel the order, only to be routed to a call center. While communicating with the Door Dash driver, I discussed canceling the order and requesting a refund. However, he had been waiting for an hour and was invested. He did state that the employee was very unprofessional. Thankfully after two hours I got a cold pizza. I’d rather crawl through broken glass for a Little Ceasar’s than give this location any money again. Corporate, feel free to reach out. This place is trash.

This location is unprofessional and clearly has theft problems. I ordered a pizza yesterday at 3:30 pm. And was told it would be a two hour delay because of lack of drivers. Ok I understood that. And two hours rolled around and no pizza. I called and was told they could remake the pizza and have it out to me in 20 mins. Ok an hour rolled by no pizza. I called back and was told the pizza was on the way.
Another hour rolled by no pizza. At this point I just wanted a refund. I called and was put on hold for several minutes sometimes up to 15 mins. A lot of playing on the phone , hanging up in my face without announcing it’s Pizza hut and childish behavior of putting me on hold for several mins. They even connected me to the customer service number. And they couldn’t help me. I never came out of character at all. I just stated I wanted a refund, he then says he couldn’t do it. And only could give store credit. Nope I definitely didn’t want that. Never ordering from that restaurant again.
I called today and again still getting the run around about my order and money. Now they’re saying they were not there last night and not sure what happened. Ok Pizza hut since you want to treat customers like this I’m letting everyone in this area know how unprofessional and how they steal customer’s money

Look, something needs to happen with this location. This is the worst staff I’ve ever seen at any establishment, I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake. Either it needs to be shut down or a completely new Manager and Staff team need to come in. The interior is horrid as well.

Worst Pizza Hut location ever. I live down the street.(literally down the road) My order is always a hr behind. Had the nerve to call me to tell me they were outta Pepsi and to told them to replace it with whatever. Everything was poor quality. Damn pasta just thrown in the box no covering. Forgot my extra wigs I order. And once AGAIN forgot my whole 2L. Was missing !!! And then for no one to bring me the stuff I payed for. Definitely going up there in person today. Refund or something!!! Cause multiple times this has happened… a new Dm or supervisor needs to be in there or SOMETHING

Zero stars! My order was cancelled! I had to drive there sick. Before I could open my mouth the manager ignored me like she wasn’t looking directly at me. Do not recommend you order here. Had me on hold for 30 minutes. When I got there they were not busy!

Placed my order online and presented my order confirmation number to them and was told I didn’t pay for it because it didn’t show up on their end. Poor customer service, couldn’t refer me to anyone to handle the situation and had to handle it myself my contacting corporate for my money. I will not be buying from here again. I can’t wait til they shut this place down and turn it to a laundry mat.

This location is the stuff that nightmares are made of. The female manager was nasty, bad additude, dismissive and rude and will never hold a position anywhere above cashier. Why is she still working there? The place is dirty and dingy. Roaches on wall behind boxes.
