I’ve visited this Pizza Hut multiple times and have had issues with order accuracy. Despite clearly communicating my order, it’s often incorrect. It’s takes 40 minutes to complete an order. The staff seems disorganized and lacks accountability. The environment also feels chaotic, with children unsupervised while cooking. I’ve tried being patient, but the experience hasn’t improved. I expect better quality and service Pizza Hut.

Whoever was working closing shift last night (10/30/2025) needs to be FIRED! I Ordered Alfredo and got NO breadsticks! I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and bacon and got NO bacon! I ordered cinnamon stick and got CINNAMON rolls and then they LOCKED the doors after giving my order so none of it could be fixed. I’ve contacted the store to see if they could accommodate a free pizza later and the only thing they could do was remake it because apparently the store always has issues and cannot reasonably accommodate you. I did not want to drive all the way back as it was carry out.

Terrible, manager always has a bad attitude and food is rarely as ordered. Pizza isn’t cut and usually cold and incorrectly made. Needed serious improvement starting with the manager. Today had a order and they forgot to make two of the 3 pizzas ordered! Get it together. I’ll be going to a different restaurant starting today!

I had ordered a thin crust pizza and only received 2 out of 4 toppings and when I called the store where I got it I was told to return it for a new pizza? I would had to drive a 45 mile trip of my on time and not get anything in return and I paid more for 4 toppings (Pepperoni, mushroom, black olives, banana peppers).

I called their number to place an order. They put me on hold for 20 minutes. By this time I had already got there. Looked in the window. They had me still on hold. They weren’t doing anything whatsoever.. This will be the last time i come to this pizza hut.
