We get Pizza Hut often. Last night we ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon minis. The pizza and breadsticks were about the best we’ve had. Delicious. The minis were ok but a little hard. The food was great. We ordered 3 pizzas and fries. Was fast, hot and good. What I don’t understand is the $5 delivery fee that goes to the store, not the driver. What does that pay for? Also they don’t have their own drivers and use Door Dash. That guy was not great, not bad but not what I was expecting. Would order again but save $15 and pick up. I didn’t have a car last night.

First off, if you have a problem with your pizza you can’t call the store it only goes to corporate. Second off the customer service is horrible. I had what seemed to be a shift manager at night raise her voice to me the whole time and tell me that there was nothing wrong with my food when I had over 2 inch perimeter crust for deep dish. One pizza was supposed to be light sauce and it was not, they told me I did not order it that way when I can physically point it on the receipt that I did. They refused to remake it when I was in the store, so I had no choice other than to bring it home. The manager called me 2 days later to see how she can fix it, the order was over $50 and she offered me $10 refund. If they refuse to make something when you were in the right even the manager admitted to me that I was right but they don’t want to give you a full refund to try to amend it ,it’s a little bit backwards. I recommend anyone going to this location to avoid it and just go to another Pizza Hut where a consistency standard is applied and not free roam of making food. I will not return to this location.

I went to pizza hut last night for dinner the pizza was cold and,not cut right! The pizza wasn’t even filling I literally had to come home and,make dinner because the food didn’t even do me any justice! I couldn’t even enjoy pizza hut for there name which is “pizza” hut the boneless chicken mild buffalo was what I should have went there for because that was the only thing good that I had got along with the pizza! I won’t be going there again not unless I just get boneless chicken wings. I threw up last night because of the food and,I just threw up again this pizza hut isn’t fresh nor are the workers clean. Don’t go to this pizza hut!

Ordered a pizza at 9:38 pm on a Saturday. They don’t keep drivers after 10pm so my order never arrived. Mind you they are open until 12am. No communication. Crazy I really liked pizza hut but I don’t think i can do business with such a poorly run store
