I really didn’t want to leave this review because I’ve seen a lot of good feedback about this location, and I’ve had decent last-minute pizzas from here before. I ordered dinner online, went in to pick it up, and the young lady at the counter looked irritated and mad. She was cussing so loud I was taken back. They asked if I wanted to leave a tip even though I had already paid online. I checked the pizza quickly, assumed it was fine, and headed home.
Once I got home and actually looked at it, the pizza was a mess. The crust didn’t rise, it was tough, and the pizza itself was so thin it was almost see-through. The pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. I had to cut it myself .It tasted just as bad as it looked. I didn’t bother trying to get a refund because I didn’t feel like driving all the way back, and honestly I doubt they would’ve done anything about it.
It was only a ten-dollar pizza, so it’s not a huge loss, but it was still disappointing. Based on my experience, the quality control and management don’t seem great. If you’re placing a big order, I’d be careful. I won’t be coming back to this location. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the breadsticks seem to be OK. I haven’t tried them yet. I lost my appetite.

wife ordered online I went to pick up food was correct in the order because I hate when they leave stuff off and I have to come back to the store to pick it up. When I got home, we all enjoyed our food it tasted better than usual believe it or not. And I eat at this Pizza Hut a lot. I noticed new staff so I’m assuming that’s the reason why the food was tasting so good this time. Thank you. You guys keep it up.

Clean store, friendly staff and good service. Placed an online order a the food was ready in the quoted time. I was greeted when I entered the store and the transaction was met with ease and efficiency. Deducted a star because I paid extra for the 8 piece boneless and received a 5 piece bone-in. I had to make a trip back to get the correct item and they were apologetic and quick to correct the error. I also paid extra for two sauces and never received them. I used to work in the food industry and so I am a bit more relaxed about those hiccups. They happen. People are human and make errors. I chose to exercise grace and not even say anything. Just do your due diligence and double check your order and it will be alright

My experience at this pizza hut was absolutely abysmal i ordered 1 large cheese, 1 large pepperoni, and an order of breadsticks; when i got my order it was 2 medium pizzas split between 3 boxes and on top of that both pizzas were incomplete with only 6 to 7 slices per “pizza”. They also managed to do this to everyone else who had ordered around that time last night and when i got told our food would be remade it’d take about 10 mins and when we came back inside after waiting 10/15 mins they hadn’t even started our remake and even told us he forgot about it; the manager on duty wasn’t very helpful to his staff members pushing off customer complaints and such onto them instead of taking charge. (2 weeks later and they never issued a refund after blatantly telling customers that their orders went into the “refund pile”)

Employees are always very nice and polite. I have tried a few times to call and complain about a recent order but I cannot get ahold of anyone. I recently placed an order for a personal pan pizza…when I got the pizza it was inedible. The crust was extremely soggy and when I tried to eat it it made me sick. I haven’t been able to get to the store directly to voice a complaint. Im still feeling nauseous and I ended up throwing the pizza away…a waste of money and time. I emailed corporate but haven’t heard back from them. Hopefully someone will see this review and let me know a direct number to call and resolve this situation

Delivery service was outstanding! I have ordered from this Pizza Hut location several times and the pizza was always excellent. However, for the first time, this order “barely” had cheese on the pizza. It was like eating pizza with sauce, dough and meat/veggie toppings with slight or no cheese on the slices.

Everything was good except the fact you can’t call the store directly. I set the wrong time for carryout order too early. Called four times and got the call center each time but thankfully my wings were still hot and crispy despite being picked up two hours later.

I recently went here for a carry out order while visiting and the experience started off shaky to say the least. My mobile order wasn’t ready upon arrival and when it was ready it was wrong. But after talking with Willam the manager at the time he accommodated me appropriately for the inconvenience. Thanks to the staff for turning around my experience to a positive one. I would recommend this location.
