I ordered a pizza just after 8pm. It was bad enough I was told that I had to wait until close to 9:30 for it to be ready but I waited… and waited. Finally got a text to tell me it would be delivered by Doordash after 930. Went to go wait for the delivery, nothing was delivered. I finally got a text said my order was canceled. Given no reason why, so I drove to the location only to be met with hostility and no answers. I think had to call a call center to actually get my order canceled since they obviously weren’t delivering a pizza and even that took THIRTY minutes to actually speak with someone.

Placed an order on the Pizza Hut app at 0645 PM and until 0845 PM, I still didn’t get my order. They assigned DoorDash to deliver my pizza but later on I got a text from the driver said someone else already got it and asked if I already got my order. The store gave my order to the wrong door dash guy and my order gone missing. Eventually DoorDash canceled my order. Called Pizza Hut customer service and all they told me was to call door dash. Called door dash and they said pizza hut needs to refund me, not them. I looked on the tracking and it still says my order is being made. I need my refund. I want to give negative 5 stars but there’s no option.

My husband placed our order at 9:29pm. We realized it was 10:35pm and the app still said our order was in the oven. we called the store and was told that we placed our order before closing so it’s still coming… we waited and it still said our order was in the oven..so we look at the reviews and instantly got nervous.. We called the store again and got a representative. She said our order apparently got delivered.. we told her IT DEFINITELY DID NOT! WE A WANT REFUND! (The app still say our order in the oven) She said the store is closed so call the store in the morning because there isn’t nothing she can do about it… PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!

Horrible experience. Ordered pizza at 8:30 pm and never got it delivered and coworkers lied to DoorDash and said I cancelled it cause Pizza Hut hired a lazy crew. Now I have to wait up to a week for a refund after waiting 2 hours . I’ll never order Pizza Hut again and I’ll let everyone I cross to not deal with Pizza Hut. I’ll be Dominions

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worse Pizza Hut open in Norfolk, VA. They never answer the phone, the staff, including the management are nasty and rude. I have been hung up on many times and cussed out. The young men that work there are unprofessional and nasty. I will never order from this pizza hut again. Waited over 2 hours for a pizza that never came. Went up to the store they claim Door Dash was supposed to deliver my pizza and they were about to close. Put everything on Door Dash, so basically they were going to close and not deliver my pizza. I had to demand a refund and that they show proof it was given. The worse customer service I have ever seen. They should be closed down!!!

Don’t even waste your time. You’re better off buying a frozen pizza and throwing it in the oven—Worst customer service ever!! Placed a deliver order at 858pm 4/23/23. No exaggeration, at 1100pm I called to see what the hold up was. Young lady on the phone said she wasn’t sure and I was likely not going to get my order that night. Crazy

It was bad weather so I ordered delivery. There was a delivery fee and I tipped only to find that one of my pizzas was a plain cheese pizza instead of the 3 topping pizza ordered. When I called to simply have I redelivered I was told that wasn’t possible because they had to see that they had made it incorrectly. So I was told I had to come to the shop with the pizza in order for it to be remade. When I arrived the shop was in disarray. Several other orders were apparently made incorrectly as well. The manager left a fairly new employee to deal with the situation instead of taking care of it himself. When I finally did get to talk to the manager I was told the only way that I was going to get to talk to his boss was to make a complaint but then gave me no information on how to do so. So I did get the new guy to print me a receipt with the survey number on it and I still have not heard a peep back from the higher ups at Pizza Hut.OK?

Let me tell you a story about the worst pizza deliveries of all time. It was a dark and rainy night on April 22nd. My lovely wife felt nostalgic and wanted a pizza that reminded her of something personally exciting and fun. A mushroom, banana pepper, and onion pizza. I go into the pizza hut app, use my points to make the order….FREE PIZZA YAY!!!. Get whatcha paid for. I order a few more items to get a big enough total for delivery. Breadsticks with 2 marinara sauces and Cinnabon rolls. Pizza arrives….no mushrooms…I call back to have it delivered, confirmed with lady at store over the phone….pizza arrives….NO MUSHROOMS…..I call back and the lady over the phone tells me that they don’t deliver to my address. AFTER 2 PREVIOUS DELIVERIES IN THE SAME NIGHT…..she puts me on hold and tells me that’s probably why the order was wrong………GO AHEAD AND MAKE SENSE OF THAT…..there’s no mushrooms on your pizza because we don’t deliver to your address that we’ve delivered 2 wrong pizzas to. So she proceeds to have another sent out to me, confirmed the toppings then tried to charge me for it…I tell her no, you guys are gonna get it to me right…..the attitude and tone of her voice is what sparked this review. The only thing she said with clarity, “oh, you want a supervisor, please hold while I transfer you.”

So I had just moved here from out of state in January. Pizza hut is my favorite “large chain” pizza and I decided to place an order online. I ordered from this location because apparently it was closest to home. When I got there to pick up, the door was locked and I saw no one inside. I then called the store and still no answer. Finally some dummy came to the door saying “we can’t take any orders because we’re getting ready for the super bowl tomorrow.” Are you kidding me? Then why didn’t you call me immediately after placing my order jackass. I would’ve gladly went to another location. Now it’s too late for anything at this point. Months later, now in April, I try again. I order online and go pick up. Once again the door was locked and some chick finally decided to come and open and to our surprise (not really) the pizza isn’t done. So we wait an additional 30 minutes for 1 dang pizza, that I know for a fact only takes 15 minutes. 2 mishaps is enough for me. I will call corporate and complain. I also will not be going back to this one EVER again!!! Food was good though
