Monte’ was simply extraordinary ✨️ He gave superior quality customer service from the time I walked into the door until we left. He was knowledgeable, attentive, supportive, patient, and paid attention to detail, which is important when it comes to my food. He did this all while having a perfect smile. Anthony was also amazing, he asked specifics so our selection were tailor made so we would enjoy our buffet experience. Both offer outstanding customer service, which will keep me and my family coming back. Thank you, Monte’ , and Anthony, you guys are amazing. Keep shinning like the diamonds you are.

Came here on a Friday night with my son and his friends for a little birthday Celebration. I spoke with Jamie the manager she okayed us coming in and when we arrive, Anthony greeted us and he was phenomenal went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and that we had everything that we needed. They have a private dining room for small parties with a closed door for privacy. Thank you to Anthony and his team for a wonderful evening at Pizza Hut.

Employee did not practice proper and safe food handling safety. She used her bare hands to reach into the topping area and put garlic on the pizza. She also did not wash her hands before or after putting her hands in the topping/garlic bucket. I brought the weong pizza back and she put it back into the “hot box” where pizzas go when waiting for custimer to pick up. I told her that’s also improper for a food store and that she is suppose to either throw it away or let the customer have it. She said she just put it there just because and wont give it to anyone. (I guess shes gonna eat it). She called a manager who said they dont do refunds and the GM has to. The GM called and she didnt explain the e tire situation to him either. She told me to come back up at 3pm when Rick, the manager, is there.
That experience by itself showed me how unsanitary that restaurant is.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut from the Fordham location in a long time. Since I was in the immediate area, I decided to try it out and online ordered the personal pan pizza and 4-pc boneless special… The pizza was great, but chicken nuggets were quite hard. There was no option that I saw for the bone-in wings, which would have been my preference… Also, there was no place to order for dipping sauce…

Tried the lunch buffet on a Friday at 130pm. They seemed a little short staffed, or just got slammed for buffet lunch. They caught up pretty quickly. Buffet was tasty and worth the $14.

Went to lunch. Got there a little earlier than the buffet started but the gentleman said we will take care of you. He did just that. Food was great. Service was excellent. Seats a little old but overall

My wife and I went for the pizza buffet. We came a little early and the manager was very accommodating towards us. He cheked us in and got us drinks very promptly. All the pizza, breads ticks, and salad bar was very fresh. Overall a great experience. We will definitely come again.

Horrible Experience. Waited over 30mins for a “my hut box” for the chicken to not even be covered in the sauce. Also requested ex sauce on my pizza & it was dry. Only ate the topping & cheese just horrible. I must admit the young guy that handed my food was very nice
