I went in for the new Melts they advertised for $6.99 and the boneless wings for $1.00 if you purchase a melt. Christian helped me look it up online since there were no other customers at the time but we never found the add-on deal for the boneless wings. I purchased the meat lovers and asked for extra marinara in the side. When I picked it up Kat was kind enough to check the box and put in the additional sauce. The marinara isn’t as good as I remembered but the melt is a folded over pizza and had good flavor and a crisp crust. Nice employees and I’d order the melt again. It’s not a dine restaurant… carry out only.

I recently ordered food from Pizza Hut at the Lynnhaven and Princess Ann location, and I was blown away by the service, and the taste of their food. Everything was made as I requested, delivered promptly, and the delivery driver was the most polite delivery person I have ever met in my entire life. I have been ordering food from this particular location for many, many, years, and have NEVER, been disappointed.

The worst pizza I have ever had, order was missing the hut reward I added. The delivery driver has been to my house many times and I will miss him, but not the continually decline of the pizzas in the last year.

The reason for the 4 stars is because of the delivery driver. Very polite and friendly. If it wasn’t for him it would be 3 stars as the pizza was barely warm when we received it. I understand delays happen however, if there was a delay it cooled off my pizza. Lol!

Everytime I go online and order stuffed crust or pan. I get a phone call saying they dont have either of those. So now we have to pay for something we really don’t want. Last week my wife ordered a personal pan for my son, again they call they’re out of personal pan. But when the manager is In the store they magically have it!! Definitely not a good look

There wont be a next time. You are charging $1 each for the packets of cheese and peppers. They should be free. There are locations where mcdonalds charges for katsup. I no longer go to those locations. Incorporate the cost into your pizza and monitor how many packets are given to a customer. I only wanted one packet of each. The pizza was bland. without it. I make my own pizzas lately and they have so much flavor with fresh veggies so i wont be going back.
