I placed my order on line and for some reason the order I placed didn’t go to the store right. When the driver brought the order and I looked at it I realized it was wrong. He was very professional,honest and helpful by suggesting I call the store and tell the manager what happened. The manager was professional and helpful too.I told him what I order and they remade my order and I received it in less than 45 minutes. The pizza was OUTSTANDING along with the bone in honey BBQ wings. Thank you

Worst Pizza Hut in the area and I don’t say that lightly. The food is typically cooked well, but each time I order, there’s some issue with an item being out or something going on with the delivery driver. It’s become an inconvenience attempting to order. We’re barely offered a sorry in each case. Won’t be dealing with this location further.

For the past 7 to 8 months I’ve been ordering the same pizza the same way and everybody at the store seems to know what I want when I call when my number pops up they always say who I am and would you like the same thing as you had last time I say yeah I say yeah never any Conflict until today they must have a new person work in the phone I got attitude from the moment she picked up until the moment I told her to stick it in Winston don’t shine Now you would think that Pizza Hut would be on the ball And not let good customers slip through their fingers seeing how the economy is so bad workers are so hard to find and customers Are very very hard to find well it’s a shame because now I have to find me another place to eat pizza because I won’t be coming back to this establishment

I ordered my pizza for pickup around 3:30 to be picked up at 6pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early and notified the store that I was outside waiting for my pizza. At 6:15 I called again and was told that it would be right out and finally at approximately 6:22 my pizza was brought to my car. As always the pizza was good but no one even apologized for the wait especially after I had ordered it 2 and a half hours earlier.

This place is small but they have some phenomenal employees that work there. I don’t care what time I put my order in and go to pick it up they always make me feel welcomed and appreciated. So when my family wants pizza, I drive past 2 Pizza Huts to get to this one because they are the best in my area!!
