I ordered through the app at 6:22 pm and was given an estimate of 35-45 minutes to delivery, the cold pizza big dinner box came at 7:26pm. I chose the create your own pizza and checked off multiple toppings to be put on and some of them on only half of the pizza but what I received wasn’t at all what I ordered but apparently that’s what I rang up. Since the receipt didn’t show all of the toppings I selected it was deemed my fault and management told me they would do nothing about it being cold and late on top of wrong. I understand if there isn’t any proof that I ordered something else, but they have a horrible attitude and refuse to be held accountable for anything at all. I would be very careful about using the app with this store and just call the order in and ask for a detailed receipt.

I went in for a pick up order and was very impressed with the staff! I talked to a young lady and 2 gentlemen who were all helpful and very friendly. I work at a restaurant too so I felt bad coming in so close to closing to place an order but they weren’t short with me at all

Visiting the area and ordered for pick up. I can see why Pizza Hut is still around! Good food and great service. I was late picking up – our food was warm, yet not overcooked. Only one person at the counter and she was handling the dinner rush well, multi tasked, was on point and communicated well. The app was worth downloading and easy to use – directions, order status, payment screen. menufor the specific pizza hut.

I ordered pizza worth $60.66 waited for over an hour and no pizza show up at my door, my dauand my daughter in-law went there to see what happen , and fi d out there’s no employee inside the store, there’s some other people there too, to pickup there pizza but, end up walking around the back kitchen and all over the store and they didn’t find anybody. Why even have online order open if they can’t serve? and no employee in the store?

I get that food cost are going up and companies are trying to tighten belts cause of it, but you do not have to skimp that much on meatballs. A medium pizza has about the equivalent of 1 per slice (also just picked up this pizza with zero on a big slice.

I placed an order through pizza huts website . It stated delivery would arrive 10:55pmThey ended up having door dash deliver my order who left it outside and cold ! I didn’t receive my order until 11:40 pm . I called the restaurant to tell them to come get the food and I want my money back. All they could offer was a credit because they used door dash and didn’t have actual drivers . I do not want a credit as I will no longer be ordering from this location . I am livid and hungry and I would like my money not a credit ! That should not fall on the customer because you all could not deliver. I will be calling corporate in the morning . The manager was nice about my situation but a credit serves me no purpose . Literally annoyed . I’ve been ordering from this location for many yearsss . Highly disappointed .

The pizzas we had were PERFECTION. The pan crust was fluffy and not flat, the sauce, toppings, and cheese were great portions and spread evenly over the whole pizza, and the crust was crunchy and golden brown and so soft when you bit into it. I also got The Edge pizza as it was always my favorite back in the day and I love thin crust. It was so good and topped and cooked perfectly. Upon picking up the cashier that assisted me was very friendly and prompt. My order was ready on time as promised after ordering via the app. 10 stars!
