Was having one of those days….working on Sunday
Had to fight my whole day.
Called them for an order and because of my day I was kinda like duh….lol let’s just say not on my game at this point of the day the person whom took my order was so cool and patient with my stressed out ass….lol was amazing, thanks to
her so much “sorry didn’t get her name ”
But that service meat the world to me after the day that I had!!!
That being said, the food was….is on point

I always do delivery so I can’t speak on the service or atmosphere. The pizza was good. I have noticed they are sometimes a little light handed with the toppings, even you pay for “extra”. But I’ve never had a major problem with this location. Good food!

This is the first and last time I will go to this Pizza Hut I’m not a frequent Pizza Hut eater however I’ve never had the service and preparation of these 2 pizza are horrible..if you can’t prepare food correctly make decisions so you can or just don’t do it..

Chris got our food delivered quickly, and neatly. We ordered 4 pizzas and wings. All of the pizzas had the exact toppings we ordered, no mistakes. They were delivered piping hot! Chris also brought all the condiments ranch dressing, blue cheese, parmesan cheese, crushed peppers, napkins, and plates; he did not forget anyting To top it off he was supper friendly and patient.

After ordering a personal pan pizza half the cheese was nonexistent. My wings weren’t cooked through a waste of 18 dollars 10+‐10= chances I would order again. And I was on lunch break 11 at night was offered a extra ranch and would have declined to have my order correctly made my. Recommendations please don’t take the order of you don’t have the time or want to do please don’t take people hard earn money I took 1 bit of a slice that tasted straight like doe greasy and nasty don’t let me get on the wings. Never again If you in the mood to eat wings and if your in the area I recommend aj gators

We ordered online and it was ready at the time given! However when we got home and opened it one of the 2 pizza needed to be cooked longer! Other than that the toppings were great and the flavor good! When ordering a pan pizza I expected the nice crunch on the crust and instead it was doughy!!

This is the second time in a row we have gotten bad delivery service from this Pizza Hut! Our pizza is not fully cooked on the underside and the bread sticks are not even cut. I am done with this particular store! I have posted the pictures of the food so everyone can see the horrible quality coming out of here.

I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut for years and never had a problem until this past weekend. I ordered a pickup order on Saturday. When I got to the restaurant, everything seemed ok. The person handed my pizzas to me and didn’t say much. He walked off after placing my pizzas on the counter. Rude but whatever. Two days later I noticed the amount charged on my card was different from what I paid. About 8.60 difference! I called and explained what I saw. The man told me that someone wrote a tip on my receipt and he’s going to refund me the money. I have yet to see any refund hit my account. Unacceptable. The person who took it in their hands to steal money should be dealt with.

So when I arrived, there was a line going outside, some sort of deal going on. While the wait was a bit longer than expected, the food turned out well and management went above and beyond to make it right. The one thing that does concern me, is that an escalation occured with another customer and an employee, both the customer and employee ended up cussing at one another and this lead to the employee making threats. A police officer that was off duty had to step in as a mediator to prevent it from escalating further. While I will say this escalation was on both parties ends, at any other job, regardless to how busy they were, the employee cussing at and yelling at someone as well as making threats would have been sent home at a minimum, instead they were made to make the food, while in a bad mood. This felt extremely unprofessional, especially when there were children present waiting with their families for food.
