Pizza was fine, that’s why I gave a 3 star! I ordered garlic and parmesan wings, The wings I received had a very spicy sauce on (I don’t even like pepper) so these wings were inedible for me unfortunately it was a waste of money as I threw them out as its not worst my time, effort, and gas in my car to return the wings for the ones that I ordered! I won’t be ordering here again.

Pleasant workers, however, pizza has gone downhill. I order with hopes that it would get better. Today’s order was no different. My pizza was dry and cooked hard. No sauce, feel like I’m eating toppings on top of hard bread.

Food is OK some of the time. They deliver which is why we use Pizza Hut. The order prior to this I received unsatisfactory food, took pictures and submitted the feedback. No response at all. Not looking for free food but if the company asks for feedback, you would think you would have some sort of a response. Even if they were to say “buy somewhere else”. Guess business is good.

The manager William A. Brown is extremely discourteous, dismissive, robotic, rude and unprofessional. I returned my food back to Pizza Hut to have it remade due to it not having a sufficient amount of ingredients. I ordered three pizza melts, and when I arrived home the melts barely had any meat inside of them. I immediately took them back and requested my food be remade with more meat. I believed this was a reasonable request. Weirdo William told me “I’m not doing that and that my request is denied!” As if I were making an insurance claim and not ordering a pizza!!! Customer service has truly gone to hell if this is how Pizza Hut managers treats its customers. I suggest additional training (Attitudes for Service-by Dale Carnegie)be given to Mr. Weirdo William. Stay away from the Bridge Road location in Suffolk, VA.

Ordered 2 Pizzas, 2 orders of wings, and a Brownie Cake at 9:00 pm to be delivered at 10:00 pm after we were finished doing some work. Waited until 10:30 giving them some time, so I called a national number and they found my order and checked on it and said it was on its way. 11:00 pm came and still no pizza, so I called back and national tried to call them only to find out the store was closed, pizza dispatched for delivery, they said sorry, and I had nothing to offer my help. So much for pizza hut on Bridge Rd. This is not the first issue I have had with them but it will be the last.

I was charged a service fee and a delivery fee that did not include the tip. After all was said and done, over 30% of my total bill went towards fees/tip. What I got – one undercooked pizza, cold food, and delivery that took over an hour. 30 years ago, there were no fees and a pizza would be delivered in under 30 minutes or it was free. What a time we live in…

Chris got our food delivered quickly, and neatly. We ordered 4 pizzas and wings. All of the pizzas had the exact toppings we ordered, no mistakes. They were delivered piping hot! Chris also brought all the condiments ranch dressing, blue cheese, parmesan cheese, crushed peppers, napkins, and plates; he did not forget anyting To top it off he was supper friendly and patient.

The pizza I ordered was less than adequate. It was over cooked and had less cheese on it than a regular pizza, although I asked for extra. Everything else i ordered was just “ok”. The staff was short handed, I understand that. They had to close early due to that , so i couldn’t get the order corrected. I’m in the industry. But, the food you serve should be satisfactory at the least. If you burn it, tell the customer that you have to remake it, they will be more understanding!

This is the second time in a row we have gotten bad delivery service from this Pizza Hut! Our pizza is not fully cooked on the underside and the bread sticks are not even cut. I am done with this particular store! I have posted the pictures of the food so everyone can see the horrible quality coming out of here.

0/5 This was the worst service I have ever had from a Pizza Hut. We placed a delivery through the call center, they set us up for a delivery. We called 30 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be delivered. This store had changed our delivery to a pick up and never informed us about the change. My fiancé went to the store and the guy yelled at him through the window saying “we’re closed”. He tried calling the inside to explain our order was still in there. He then proceeded to scream at him through the glass telling my fiancé to “F*** off!”
