The pizza was ready for pick up within ten minutes and was made correctly! Aiden assisted me at the counter and was very polite. Pizza was delicious! Nobody out pizzas the hut!

There was a mix up when ordering and I chose the wrong store for pick up. Normally not a problem, just cancel the order and put it in again for the correct store. Unfortunately I had a promo code I had used with this order. After canceling the wrong store order and explaining what happened, the manager on duty was kind enough to honor the promotional price of the original order. We live across the border and have consistently chosen this location over Elizabeth City because of service and food quality.

When I call and you put me on hold for over 7 minutes (I gave up after waiting that long and hung up) so you can go and have a smoke break and ONLY come back in because you saw me and another customer come in the store, something needs tk be done. And then I watched you hang up on my waiting call without even checking if I was still on the phone!
I don’t normally mention employee behavior in a review but this really angered me!
I wish I could just put all of my customers on hold and take up smoking!

Our 2 pizzas were exactly the same and neither of them appealing enough to eat. My husband, who eats anything, took 1 look at them and made himself frozen corndogs. We paid for extra cheese and barely got regular cheese. One pizza even had cold sauce!! COLD sauce! Tell me how that happens?

I’ve become very disappointed in this location as time has gone by here recently. Last order we had trouble with door dash taking our order and never showing up after over 3 hours waiting and ended up having to come up to the store to get it myself and wait while they make it because their phones don’t go straight to the location. This time our thin crust is so crunchy it’s uneditable and they forgot our drink. Mistakes happen but it’s just going down hill. Not to mention how frustrating it is to not be able to contact the direct store to resolve an issue quick.

Yesterday my father in law was trying to place an order in the store and felt like other orders were being addressed before his. I understand that online orders and phone orders can take place but that was all the employee had to say. When he complained, she went off about being alone and she didn’t have to serve him. He went to get his wife to help place the order and the employee locked him out. Another man also waiting mentioned the employee is always disgruntled and has treated him in the same manner.

**Do Not order a pizza for delivery on a Friday night** I waited over an hour for my pizza! I called to see what the delay was and was told that the lobby was very busy. Two Door Dashers left because they couldn’t wait any longer. My pizza was finally ready and the 3rd Door Dasher delivered it. Come on Pizza Hut!!! Get it together!!!!
