Worse Pizza Hut i’ve ever been in, I had a bad experience with them a few months ago messaging me that my online order would be ready at a certain time. I got there at that time and had to wait 30 minutes and still was given the wrong pizza. But I decided to give them another chance since the were local. I went in today to pick up my online order, no one was up front, there was a young lady working in the back, so I said hello out loud to let her know that a customer was there. She just ignored me. After my 3rd hello, she yelled a sarcastic hello back and kept working. (No i’ll be right with you at all.) After about 5 minutes of her prepairing a pizza and then cutting and boxing another pizza, she finally came up front to give me my order. ( No sorry for the wait or anything.) I understand that she was working alone, but bad customer service reflects on this store. I will not be returning. I’d rather drive across town.

I ordered through the website and it didn’t take long plus the driver was nice only complaint is the lack of care when it comes to the wings. I ordered through the Pizza Hut website. After my order wasn’t picked up by the door dasher I called pizza hut and the rude employee said my order never came through the system and that a dasher came to pick it up but they didn’t have an order to give. Then said they would make my order and got off the phone. I called back and she gave the phone to the manager because she knew she lied when she said they would make the order. The manager said the dasher must have taken my food earlier because they made the order and she is surprised I haven’t received it. Both the employee and the manager had an attitude and told different stories and get mad when you call them on it. We will see if I get my refund the way this establishment is run

Disgusting food and worse service! I was given a pizza with RAW dough still. My wife and I could have gotten sick because we had already eaten a few bites before noticing. The “manager” Jose decided it was funny and did not believe me when I called and told with him. He demanded I bring the pizza all the way back to the store before he would refund me. Not even mentioning their mess up and almost making us sick. No apology, just didn’t care and kept repeating himself until he hung up on me. The whole staff was rude and unhelpful and full of attitude. Judging by the other google reviews I’ve read about this location, many people have had a problem with “Jose”…. Do yourself a favor and order from a different location, and if you decide to eat here anyway, avoid “Jose” as he will undoubtedly be horrible if you even politely mention an issue. No one in the kitchen was wearing gloves and they were on their phones while making your food, disgusting! VA Health Dept needs to investigate. Stay away!

I ordered food online from them. They are the worst Pizza hut I’ve ever tasted. My pizza was dry and I specifically asked for extra marinara sauce and it says it on my receipt as well. I was short 2 boneless wings I ordered an 8 piece since it’s wing Wednesday and they were 75 cents when ording online. NEVER AGAIN

If I could give Pizza Hut Western Branch less than one star I would.
I placed my order online. Got confirmation that the pizza would be delivered at 11:38 pm.
My bank was charged the amount for the order. At 11:48 pm the pizza was still not delivered. I called to check to see what was going on and was told they had canceled my order. I asked why I was not informed that the order had been canceled and all the lady I spoke to said was well I canceled it on my computer. I was very disappointed and hungry.

They didn’t have the fries that I ordered with my wings but they substitute it with a different flavor of wings and I was able to get 2 free dips with my order. The Wing substitute was pretty good

I came in to pick up a delivery, but it was late. I was told it would be another 10min. It is now 30min later and I still don’t have my 3 item order. I watched them drop someone’s wings when I arrived and they still haven’t cleaned it up. This was not good.
