The general manager was so nice and helpful. My pizza was the way that I wanted it nice and hot with everything extra that I wanted them to add to it. I love pizza hut never really have any problems.

We were passing through this town, so we visited this place late because it was almost the only one still open at that time. But it was so unbearable to stay there. I understand that by that time the staff might have already been tired, but still, they reluctantly accepted us and made it clear that they were not happy to see us. When we dictated our name and phone number, the staff member wrote them down incorrectly, not even trying to do it right (we told her it was wrong), but she didn’t care at all .
It was very dirty and unpleasant to be there. The pizza was not tasty, the pineapples were definitely not the freshest, and the dough tasted slightly raw, even though visually the pizza looked fine. I don’t know if it’s always like this or if we just came at the wrong time, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend going there in the evening.

Has to be the worse location ever! There have been several time we have ordered and either our order has been canceled without letting us know and when we call to find out they just nonchalantly say it was canceled like we did it. Or they mark it as delivered and it never shows up. Regardless it’s unacceptable. Response from managers or owners is a joke. We’ve lived here for 10 years and we make a point to not order from or visit this store.

I order my pizza – it says 15 minutes I show up 7 minutes and it’s usually done. I interact with the same guy almost everytime and he is very attentive of everyone who comes in there. He’s prompt kind and respectful. I always go after work on nights I just don’t wanna cook.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. My order was supposed to be ready by 11:17 and wasn’t ready till 12:10. My whole order was incorrect. I called back up to the store, to get a refund and the lady was very disrespectful. She sat on the phone with me and argued with me trying to tell me that my order was correct. She told me I wouldn’t be able to get a refund tonight, I would have to wait till in the morning?!

This location is one of the best ones I’ve been to so far. Usually it takes a while for me to be seated at another place, but it was pretty open when I came in. The staff do their best to make sure you have what you need as well! I ordered a personal pizza for lunch during my work break and it came out pretty quickly.

My wife ordered online for delivery. Large thin crust Tuscan with just cheese and chicken sausage. We received a large cheese, either pan or hand tossed. My wife called the store and the girl said “oh I know what happened, we were swamped and the wrong pizza went out and before we could alert the driver, he had already left”. She offered credit or a new pizza. We requested a new pizza because that wasn’t what we originally ordered. When the “new” pizza arrived, it was cold and the cheese wasn’t fresh, which told me they sent out the original order that had been sitting for at least 45 minutes. They never made a new pizza. It was absolutely disgusting and we won’t be ordering here again. Imagine selling old food to someone. Horrible service. As someone who has worked in the restaurant/food industry for over 20 years, I cannot believe the manager allowed this to happen!

First time at this location and they didn’t disappoint. My pizza was freshly made and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The lady Jean or Jeanie(can’t remember sorry) was super friendly and very helpful when answering all of my questions even though they were busy. I will be back!

I ordered online and when I arrived for pick up, I was told 10min. After 15min I went back to counter and was given cold pizza. I asked for a manager and was told she couldn’t come to the front. I asked for a refund they told me I had to wait until tomorrow. I asked for the manage again. Some guy came from the back with an attitude, for loud them the manager came from the back with an even worse attitude saying they can’t do anything tonight. I asked for a receipt showing a refund was to be given, they refused that also. The guy continued to yell at me so I cursed at him rhythm they called police. Cops came took a report and didn’t understand why they wouldn’t give me proof of refund either. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU SO TO STAY CLEAR

47 dollars for 4 Chicken Alfredo Pastas and cheese sticks and they almost didn’t give us our cheese sticks and we dig into nothing but cheese covered noodles, non existent sauce on all 4, my wife is in tears because we never eat here and she loves their Alfredo and was so excited to have it for the first time in over a year just for it to be plain noodles with cheese melted on top. NEVER GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT.
