Ordered a stuffed crust and a dinner box for carry out. The pizza came out with white crust because the dough was old (proofed the previous day) so i asked if it could be remade using fresh dough. I was told yes. They remade it as a circular pan instead of the rectangular pan because all of the rectangular pan dough was old. But low and behold after 20 more mins of waiting, same issue. But I wasn’t going to wait for another messed up pizza so I left. After being the store manager of the quioccassin, tuckahoe, and Davis and broad location I know what I’m talking about. And for it to only have been the 26th ticket of the day at 6 p.m. clearly the store is trying to save product from previously slow days so their food cost isn’t through the roof. But this location needs new management or to be closed because clearly it doesn’t perform and would fail a HQSC inspection in a heart beat.
Tried to contact corporate but they removed surveys off the back of the receipts so i had to do it through the website email. I still have not been contacted by anyone about my complaints over 10 days later

I ordered a large stuffed crust with chicken, caramelized onions, fire roasted peppers, bacon & banana peppers. It was a reasonable price & tasted great. I’ll be back to deal with their great staff!

I called to place an order for delivery the receptionist answered the phone in an unprofessional manner. Never gave a greeting the individual answered the phone like it was their personal phone “hello”. I had to ask if this Pizza Hut and whom am I speaking with. Then the individual stated their name was Ella. Just terrible customer service!

I specifically made the effort to visit this location because I’ve always been impressed by the customer service here. The staff is noticeably friendlier and more attentive compared to the one near my house, which definitely makes the experience more enjoyable. On top of that, the quality of the food is another reason I prefer this place. I decided to order a large pan pizza today, mainly because the dough here seems to have a better texture and flavor than the one at my local spot. It’s always a pleasant surprise to find a location that excels in both service and quality, making the extra trip totally worth it.

The 90’s called and isn’t happy.
Back in the day, Pizza Hut was the place to eat. Now I’d say it’s the place not to eat. My 2 stars are for the breadsticks. Hard to mess those up. Pizza was ok. Service was bad. People not being acknowledged that they are even there, almost ignored. I’m patient. Finding people to work is hard but just a general people training skills would be great.

Awesome hidden hole. Never knew it was there. Understaffed, but the Manager Katey, seemed to have local loyals that praises her professionalism. Pizza came out hot and the wings weren’t dried out.. Katey/Katie made me a fan of this location

This Pizza Hut really does an excellent job with their vegetable pizza. I opted for the thin crust version, and it turned out perfectly crispy, just the way I like it. The vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and the crust had that satisfying crunch that makes every bite enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was that we specifically asked them not to cut the pizza, and they actually honored that request—something that’s not always the case at other locations. I’ve had situations where I’ve asked for no cuts, only to receive a pizza that’s been sliced anyway. It’s those little details that really set this place apart and make the experience feel more personal and thoughtful.
