This excellent location had friendly phone service. A fantastic driver named Will, delivered my food with great energy and a smile. Spent almost $50 on delivery , asked for all flats with the wings, they put 3/4 of them drumsticks. Forgot the 2 drinks I ordered , paid for extra cheese and it certainly didn’t have extra cheese on it. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location. I called and asked for them to just refund the stuff that was wrong , they said they are going to but we will see. I will follow this review up afterwards

This really is the worst Pizza Hut location we have experienced. The past three times we have ordered from there it has been just awful. Each time the pizza is overcooked/burnt and dried out with almost no cheese. It just never seems fresh at all. Every time we give this one another shot it’s terrible. I guess it’s back to Papa John’s for us. Heck as bad as it’s been I’d go to Little Caesar’s first. I don’t know if they need a retraining or what, but something needs to change.

Worst ever experience, first time they burnt the pizza and made me wait there for remake. Instead of making the pizza properly, it was undercooked. The sauce was leaking pit and the cheese(or what there was left of it), falling off. The toppings were all one side of the pizza, and it wasn’t even cut. We had to cut it ourselves. We used to come to pizza hut often, but this experience made sure that we wont order again.

Worst location ever! They don’t answer the phone. They don’t tell you about any deal unless you tell them first. Customer service is all around awful. The young lady that worked December 19, 2025 needs to be evaluated for her attitude.

Rather slow. Didn’t follow delivery instructions. Pizza was barely better than microwaved. Wings were dry, overcooked, under sauced. I won’t be back unless it’s free. Go to dominoes or Marcos.
