For the last two or so years, this Pizza Hut location has been at least a once a week staple, and I can’t say there has been a single mix up, delayed order or subpar pizza. The staff here is timely, the restaurant is clean and above all the pizza is dang good for the price. Everyone who works there is always super friendly too.
This particular franchise does a stand up job at displaying what Pizza Hut can, and should be like. Thanks for all the delicious pizza ya’ll!

I am a door dasher also and have been to every pizza hut location in williamsburg multiple times. the monticello/jamestown location is BY FAR the best run with the best quality food. The manager, April Lineberry runs a tight ship and it shows. This is the only location I’ve never had any issues with. Even for door dash, they don’t keep us waiting long if they can help it and they do everything they can to make sure they get orders out accurately and promptly. We live in Lightfoot but always come to this location over the closer one!

My hubby and I got into town late and we were craving pizza and wings. We haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and they had great deals online so we placed the order. I picked it up on Monticello Ave around 9:30 . David was the only one working, making all the food and also manning the register. He accidentally put the hot sauce on my wings ( we asked for it on the side). I wasn’t even going to mention it, but he realized the mistake before I could leave. He gave me another batch that was correct and let us keep the wings that he accidentally put the sauce on! He was very friendly and I was super appreciative of the amazing customer service. The pizza was hot and tasted just like I remembered! The wings were what you’d expect from a fast food chain, but they hit the spot. If I lived locally I’d definitely go back based solely on how well I was treated. Also the prices were extremely fair and the food was good. 10/10 experience 8/10 food, but overall 10/10 because of David

I ordered online ahead of time. When I arrived 15 minutes later, my order was ready for me and stayed warm in the oven. The staff was very courteous and I left in less than 3 minutes. Great experience.

So I purchased parmesan boneless wings from this location they were not only hard but naked meaning no sauce. And I’ve had these wing before just from a better Pizza Hut. I’ve been calling all day and my call continually goes to there call center not the actual Williamsburg location so I can speak with a manager this is unacceptable and a complete waste of money. On top of that it took awhile for someone to even acknowledge or speak to me when I arrived at the store.

I went into Pizza Hut today with two little ones and I noticed the young lady was working by herself. I must say April did an awesome job maintaining that store while keeping a smile on her face. Zack Leon, April deserves to be recognized and just know, she a very valuable employee. She was able to get us in and out with no problems. Thanks again April

I was vacationing in Williamsburg, VA and ordered a 3-topping pizza from Pizza Hut on 10/6/25. My husband picked it up and brought it to our resort. When he opened it, he said “it’s not your pizza”. It was not only doughy, but it ONLY had sausage on it. I called the store and spoke to an employee and asked why we did not have double mushrooms as ordered. He replied “Oh we ran out.” How ignorant! They should have called us and let us know they ran out before making “whatever they wanted.” We also should have been informed when picking it up, instead of just handing us a pizza WE DID NOT ORDER. We would have cancelled and ate elsewhere. He stated he could give us a free pizza. I again reiterated we are not from here and we are going home in the morning. I asked for a refund. It is not what we ordered. We threw most of the pizza out because it was so doughy. I complained to corporate. They responded 10/7/25 and said the restaurant would contact me within 3 days. THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME to make this right. We should not have been sent out with a pizza that was not what we ordered, without being informed, and not fully cooked as well. I want a refund!.

I ordered online. Online said my order would arrive by 2:05. When I called at 2.35 I was told my order was ready and waiting on a third party to pick it up. I finally got it around 3pm. It was cold but still good. No pictures to go with my review. If the food was at least warm, I would have given it a 4 star.

Honestly, this Pizza Hut was one of the best Pizza Hut’s I’ve been to. It’s not just about the pizza (that’s good too!), but about the whole atmosphere and overall service. That starts sorta thing starts from the top, this location is lucky to have such a dedicated and effective leader. Kudos to the general Manager!!

Worst pizza ever. Dry, no seasoning, no butter or even a Lil oil. I’ve worked at pizza hut and always have stated it is my go to but now I am done!! I have never had pizza so uninteresting and such a waste of money. NOOOOO FLAVOR AT ALL. Little Ceasars is preferable to this. I cant belive my favorite place that I worked at and know how it should taste, tastes like THIS. I am so sad that I wasted almost 30 dollars on this crap
