Jay was wonderful. I loved his personality. He was very outgoing and helpful and attentive. Made sure I was happy and even walked me to the door and out to the car to make sure I was able to carry all my stuff without dropping anything. I really appreciated his help and his kindness. Very rarely do you see such hospitality. I would give him a 10 if I could.

Ordered dinner pretty late tonight, In hopes to get a quick pizza for my wife and I. Turned into me waiting over an hour for my food and for it not to be correct (You’re probably questioning the five stars). As anybody would, I immediately called the store when Jason answered. He greeted me very politely and professionally even tho I was pretty livid. He also explained how busy they were due to the holiday which in turn caused third party deliver drivers (in my case DoorDash) to deliver my food. After a ton of miscommunication between a couple of third party deliver drivers and myself. Jason decided tonight’s valentines dinner would be on the house. Issuing me a credit as well as a guarantee to return for another visit

I wish I could give more stars. The manager saved me! I went to pick up several pizzas that I had pre-ordered for Super Bowl Sunday. It turns out that I accidentally picked the wrong day. They made my order quickly even though it was likely the busiest day of the year. I am changing this to be my new home location. It is well worth the drive.

Placed a delivery order with about a 45 minute quoted wait. I was fine with this – Figured it was busy as one of the only places that was even accepting delivery orders when I did it(snow).
Except apparently they weren’t? After ordering I wasn’t looking at the tracking since I knew it would be a while but when I finally went and pulled it up again fairly close to my quoted delivery time I found my order had been cancelled. This on its own isn’t a problem – I was ordering on a snowy day, I know a lot of places closed early, whatever… but I had ZERO notification that my order wasn’t going to be completed. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable considering there are text alerts for other order status updates, but not if an order is cancelled?? Ridiculous.

I honestly don’t expect much from Pizza Hut, but this was quite disappointing. Overcooked pan pizza and a block of breadsticks. Not sure when they stop cutting the breadsticks in individual pieces.
