I tried this Pizza Hut location for the first time because the 2 Pizza Huts that are “closer” to me are completely awful (5100 Williamsburg Rd is the worst and should be shut down immediately). Imagine my surprise when I opened the box at the counter before leaving and seeing the pizza was still piping hot even though I was a little late picking it up and it had the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. The meat was cooked well done and the crust was perfect on both the pan crust and thin crust. The employees looked and acted professional and displayed amazing customer service.

Service is soooo poor here. People lined up and the warmer is filled with pizzas but I’m still standing here waiting on 1 part of order now 15 minutes past my pickup time. Slow as molasses here

The small personal pan pizza was great, the stuffed Cheez it pizza not so much. Not really a fan of the Cheez it pizza, comes in 4 sections with marinara sauce but has a bland taste. I’ll stick to the pan pizza next time.
