From start to finish this was a 10/10 experience for me. The restaurant was pristine in both cleanliness and nostalgia. I’m sorry, did I step into Pizza Hit or a time machine? We had a very big, somewhat unruly, group. But the service we received was impeccable. With the great diligence and the patience of a saint, our drink cups stayed full and the food came out hot. And the food! It was perfect. Fresh. Delicious. Quality. Incredible experience across the board. It was excellent notwithstanding nostalgia, but add in the fact that I felt like a 10 year old again?! Absolute perfection.

Food was decent, badly cut, had to break out the pocket knife to get it apart. Wings are good. But what left an awful taste in my mouth was the service. Would rather talk about going to get their nails done than wait on me. It’s a good thing im not a local. Seems to be a thing with Pizza hut and crappy service.

We were so excited to try this new pizza with cheese bites, but unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming. 🙁 Some of the cheesy bites have more air than cheese. Also, flavor is lacking. It just tastes like an average thinner-crust pizza (there’s one picture that shows the side view to see the crust thinness). Also, quite a bit of the seasoning was in the box instead of on the cheesy bites, as you can see in one of the pictures (the one with the knife that I used to scrape the seasoning together). As for the 3 dips, they were good – I wouldn’t say they were anything spectacular…just average dips for pizza and cheesy bites. I don’t like spicy stuff and I was able to eat the Chipotle ranch, so it’s not that spicy-just good to know for those who like spicy stuff.
The person who took the order on the phone was great, as well as the person who gave me my order and took payment when I arrived. Also, it appears this Pizza Hut has a drive-up window. I may try that for picking up my order next time.

My family (of 10) came in the day after Thanksgiving. We’re not all from Bumpass, so to see a sit down Pizza Hut was awesome! It was nostalgic. The best part of our lunch, though, was our server Andrea. She was so sweet, like an angel almost. She truly seemed like she appreciated each and every day, and everyone she comes into contact with. We couldn’t have asked for a better lunch experience. Thank you Andrea, and the rest of the staff that day for helping make our Thanksgiving weekend one to remember.

As I walked in with my family, the employees seem to be annoyed by our entry. There were only 1 other family there at the time. Extremely dead. After we were sat down and the server took our drink order, it took approximately 20 mins before the server returned to our table empty handed! It then took another 10 mins before we got our drinks. The server apologized and stated our drinks been sitting back there for 10 mins because they were busy. They all were in the back talking and leaning up against equipment and probably out back smoking! A total of 2 cars came through drive thru! The server took our food order in which they did not know what toppings you all had and didnt know what any of the specials were. Fast forward, it took another 20 mins for our food to arrive to our table. The server never refilled our drinks, never even came back to our table the entire time we sat there (45 mins). The server came back and I immediately asked for boxes and the check. Paid and left! Will never ever return to this louisa location again!! This is the first time we have experienced this. I am a Regional Manager in the fast food chain and also a member of the Chamber of Commerce! This is totally unacceptable!

My husband and I were quite thrilled to find an actual Pizza Hut restaurant. Most are just pick up and delivery now. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, are food was delivered to our table quickly. The salads were so good the chicken wings were amazing and the pizza was typical Pizza Hut yummy. I can’t wait to go back

Had a great experience at this Pizza Hut! The pizza was delicious and the presentation was spot-on. The staff provided excellent customer service—friendly, attentive, and quick. Overall, a great place to grab a meal.

We were in the area and thought it would be fun to stop and relive part our childhood by eating in a Pizza Hut instead of just carry out. It was nostalgic for sure. The food was good and the service is was ok.
