Did an online order for delivery for a one large pizza and boneless wings special. It showed what time it was supposed to arrive and after 20 minutes past the supposed time of arrival, I called the store. The store would not pick up and my call went to a call center who did not know the status of my order. I called three times and my call got forwarded all three times. My order finally arrived and it was not spectacular. I will not suggest or return to Pizza Hut due to the poor service, quality of food, and the cost.

I ordered a pizza on the website where they allow you to pick which side of the pizza you’re going to put certain toppings. The whole entire Pizza add pepperoni even though I only asked for half. They only put my garlic pesto on two slices when I asked for the other half. They didn’t give me my peppers or my mushrooms on the one half and completely messed up my pizza!! And if this isn’t bad enough, we called to make a complaint to let them know that they messed it up just to get put on hold for a while and then for the call to get redone and then to get hung up on! This is terrible service, don’t get what you paid for obviously, and you get hung up on if you try to call and complain we will be coming into the store after the holidays and making a complaint in person where they cannot hang up on us!!!!! And I hope the manager who reads this offers discipline and punishment those who decided to be so rude to us on the phone hanging up on us !!!!
