Multiple times I’ve ordered and the order is wrong. You buy extra topping for $2 and you don’t get them. When you pay extra for marinara sauce they give you a spoon full instead of filling the cup. This place is a mess and never gets their crap right. I suggest going to Papa John’s a crossed the road. You’ll have a better experience.

I have never met such a rude service person. She may have been the only person working there at the time. But did does not excuse the lack of service and the outright aggressive rudeness that was demonstrated. I’m not one that usually leaves a review. But this was totally uncalled for and way out of line.

I originally placed an order online with Papa John’s because their online hours stated they were open at 11 AM, little did I know that they actually were not open at 11 AM. They would not open until 12 noon. It would not be able to take orders until 12:10pm! Putting us way behind schedule, I called Pizza Hut. Told the gentleman I need two large pepperoni pizzas and in a hurry. Within 10 minutes, I had two delicious pepperoni pizzas for 25 bucks.

If I could give zero for a star that is what’s deserved in this case Went in today 7/8/2025 at 4pm to order some take out pizza and and left with nothing the girl with short colorful dyed hair was super rude to my husband this place had really gone down we were loyal customers but we will no longer return this is the second time dealing with a rude employee at this location it’s disgusting how rude and unprofessional these workers are it’s very unfortunate but you guys won’t be getting anymore of our money

I am posting this review as a frequent customer highlighting my overall rating from years of pizza eating..
Any time I’ve had any issues with my pizza, they’ve either called me to let me know there was no stuffed crust, or made it right.
The inside could use some sprucing up but nothing to cause concern. I have eaten here for years and will continue to eat here for years to come. Or until they stop serving stuffed crust!
