I went to pick up my pizza and female employee was really rude. She insulted me and mocked me, pretending she couldn’t understand me when I spoke to her, telling me “English, please.” She slammed the pizza down in front of me. This woman provided terrible service.

Best Saturday night dinner! The atmosphere was perfect, service was phenomenal and all our pizzas were hot, well-made and cooked to perfection! My family had the best time, it brought us back to our childhood when more dine-in pizza huts were around. Perfect dinner to end our day apple-picking!

Girl Brittany at the front counter was very unprofessional and very rude. Just because they made my order wrong, she proceeded to tell me that, even though it was made wrong, it was not her problem because it was an online order, and then I couldn’t even get a refund or offered to remake it. It’s not about the money; it’s about the principle of the matter. If you can’t find anyone better than her to work the front, then y’all are doing a really pitiful job, or Brittany needs better training. I recommend you guys pull up the surveillance footage from today, September 8th, at about 2:30 p.m. She tried to accuse me of being aggressive, which that is not the case at all. If anyone was being aggressive, it was her; she pulled the food away aggressively and even tried to take the receipt out of my hand so I couldn’t get her name to file a complaint. Because of this egregious customer service I will no longer do business with this Pizza Hut. I would recommend to everyone I know not to do business with this Pizza Hut, and I know plenty of people who hold fundraisers and are boosters for local schools that I will recommend not doing business with this Pizza Hut. Do better.

We were driving back from Monticello and we were all hungry. 3 adults and 2 kids. We didn’t want to wait any further. We googled pizza and pizza but came up. I’ve never eaten inside a Pizza Hut before. Lame I know but I was excited haha

The younger head red haired manager is rather immature and rude does not know how to handle customer service issues let’s her immaturity get the better of her so she gets flustered and yells and curses instead of trying resolve issue she was being politely informed about she is deff not management material nor should she be working with the public with how quickly she becomes aggressive and rude.

I gave up on pizza until i came here. Had a great experience thanks to Brittany. Im not a fan of alot of sauce so she suggested their sweeter sauce…game changer! She also suggested her favorite toppings and the pizza was outstanding! She made me believe in good pizza again. So if you want a good pizza ask for Brittany and her favorite pizza…you will be glad you did!

We ate here because it was the only place that was still open. The guy at the register was happy for us to be there even though it was a bit late, gave us all the options. Great service. It’s so refreshing to get good service and actually want to give the guy a tip. He explained the specials very well.
It’s been awhile since eating at a Pizza Hut, but I have to say, it was surprisingly delicious. Fresh out of the oven, the pizza and crust is crunchy and delicious. Old school Pizza Hut with old school customer service. The marinara sauce hits with the cheesy bread. We will definitely be back.
