Absolutely horrible. Pizza Hut isn’t the same anymore. Ordered a deal with two medium pizzas, 8 boneless wings, breadsticks for about $40. The cheese pizza was supposed to have extra cheese on it, barely had one topping of cheese. The other medium was a meat lovers. Lacked meat and cheese. Also got sweet marinara on them but that wasn’t even in them at all. Regular marinara instead. Skimpy toppings is an understatement here. Also the boneless wings was supposed to be a count of 8, I got 6 and they were previously tossed in something hot then tossed in honey BBQ. Disgusting! I used to manage restaurants. The food cost for pizza is not that high and this Pizza Hut is ripping off their customers. There is barely any sauce, cheese and or any toppings in your pizza. Just dough is the only big portion you get. I will not be ordering from here any longer. Seems to be all the big chain restaurants are being bought out by cheap owners that rob their customers of what used to be great pizza. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your consumers yourself and expect what you pay for but in turn do this to your customers?

You want good pizza made with love this is the place. This wonderful clean establishment is one for the books. They care for the customers the toppings to cheese to sauce ratio is MUAW chefs kiss. I want to thank the whole crew there for being so kind and being so attentive I will absolutely be returning THANK YOU!!!!

Pizza hut no longer delivers food themselves. They have hired doordash to do it for them. Because of this, food is never on time, is cold, and never made a priority. I placed my order at 4:56, was given a delivery time of 5:36 by Pizza hut, and it is now 5:52, the dasher has not moved from his spot on the map, and the delivery time has updated twice- once from 5:46-5:51, and again to 5:53-5:56. The web page said the dasher had “a few stops to make” indicating my order was not prioritized at all. It was a cash order, and when I asked pizza hut support how that worked with dashers taking the cash, they did not even know the answer or how to explain it to me.
Pizza hut thinks by using a third party they will get more revenue and more business, but with how unprofessional dashers are, they are actually hurting their business. Dashers can take on multiple deliveries at once, which is what happened to me tonight. My driver picked my food up around 5, and it took him over an hour to get it to me because he was making other deliveries first, probably not pizza hut related.
If Pizza hut had one of their own employees deliver, I’d have my food in a timely manner and it would be hot and I’d be more than happy to tip.
It’s 6:09 PM, and I just received my food, and it’s cold and not even right. I ordered a medium pizza in the tavern square style, which according to their website is “Crispy, square-cut, and topped with cheesy garlic Hut Dust seasoning”. It’s a circle, and its cold. I will have to reheat it. I did not order cheesey bread, but it looks like I got a box of it anyway. They did not have root beer so they decided to replace it with dr pepper without asking me.
Pretty sad that everyone thinks doordash will help them. They just lost a customer though. Not that they care.

Staff were unable to get a pizza off the peel. Turned upside down into the pizza box. Had to wait for a replacement to be made and cooked. Okay in the end but with so many other pizza places to choose from, I won’t be back anytime soon.

I will atleast say each time the manager on duty has been very friendly and nice. On to the complaint. Placed an order for a Buffalo melt 2 weeks ago. Get home and I have a cheese, onion and chicken melt. Spoke with a Cary Moore “area coach”. She/He noted a “10 credit would be on my account”. I order again tonight. Get home and my Buffalo melt has no Buffalo sauce on one side and a dribbling on the other. I mean you can’t make this $ hit up. They messed up my 2nd order that was supposed to be making things right for the first order. Pathetic.

It might take a little bit of a wait. They usually have tons of order in front of mine. But it’s worth waiting. The personal side hand made is my favorite with olives only! It’s cheesy and full of flavor. Their wings are also pretty good. They are crispy and delicious!

Very disappointed in Pizza Hut. They use barely any toppings. They charge for blue cheese with wings. Every other place on the planet gives you at least one dipping sauce with wings. The stuffed crust is smaller than it used to be. They are definitely cutting corners. Too many options in town to settle for overpriced subpar food.
