I just ordered a large any topping with my rewards at around 10pm and ordered just extra cheese and extra marinara, only to find that my pizza had absolutely no sauce on it, and a two ounce cup of sauce…and not only will they not pick up the phone, I had to go through the call center 3 times just to be transfered again and again to be ignored…highly doubt coming back to this location again. I really just wanted it remade, but this is definitely a night ruined.

Update 11/14/25: They do not care! I sent an email on 10/28/25 based on their message to this and still have not heard back. My refund was not processed correctly and I am pissed. Do not go to this pizza hut as they truly do not care about you or anything.

I’m an understandable person and understand busy nights and things come up. However, ordering at 6:11 PM, to then have it say online that the pizza was ready at 6:30 to get there and not receive my pizza till 7:07 and then get home and discover the pizza was made wrong is inexcusable. I wasted almost 35 mins sitting there for nothing
And no apology what so ever. Nothing. Will never visit here again

I don’t fault the store for this, as it seems like they do their deliveries through DoorDash; however, it looks like my dasher, Hogan had a Hulk Hogan moment all over my pizza. No clue what happened or why the delivery driver did this. Asked for my refund and they said they’d recoup in 2 to 5 business days. Again, can’t fault the store for that and I can’t even say if it was a good pizza.
Just, watch out if your delivery drivers name is Hogan.

It is carry out/delivery only. I miss the dine in that was available when I was a kid/young adult. The food isn’t bad. I like the pan crust supreme pizza in particular. I wish it was just a little bit less greasy on the fingers. This is the only Pizza Hut that I know of in Winchester, VA. I’m not sure where the next closest one is. The parking lot is crazy small. I don’t suggest a full-size or extended van/truck in that lot.

Ordered delivery online for a future time frame, no where did it mention a 3rd party delivery company. I wasn’t notified until 30 min prior to my delivery window that my order would be handled by door dash. If I wanted door dash I would’ve ordered door dash……. I don’t understand why it’s ok for this to happen without more than a 30 min notification. Pizza slices were crazy sized, also I was missing a teeny tiny 2oz marinara sauce I paid extra for, and when I tried to call them to discuss any and all of this I got a call center. I like this food but at this rate I’m not sure I will even order for pickup. Food tasted fine, was fairly hot when it arrived hence 3 stars instead of 1

Not bad. I haven’t ordered a Pizza Hut pizza since the 90s and wanted to give it a try again.They have chicken sausage and that was a nice alternative since I don’t eat pork and I don’t care for turkey. This place is for takeout or delivery only.

This Pizza Hut location is hostile towards Doordash or third party delivery drivers. They forced them to not take more than one order from them on DoorDash or any of these apps and they threaten to get them banned from the store if they do so.
I understand the reasoning behind it however, Pizza Hut is not smart enough to understand that sometimes Doordash gives us two orders at the same time and if we cancel one or unassign one, it hurts our metrics.
Pizza Hut if you are so worried about food getting cold because drivers are taking two orders you can at least require them to bring in a delivery bag or not allow them to pick up the order if they don’t have a delivery bag. Drivers sometimes have to take two orders because it also gets some more money and allows them to get orders off your hands efficiently. This Pizza Hut I’m calling on to remove this policy to prevent them from getting their FAFO moment from lack of business or lack of drivers picking up orders here due to them feeling threatened.

Kind of weird location right off the road. Not a lot parking getting in and out, but it’s convenient. They offer decent take-out deals that make it hard to pass up when you’re having a Hut craving. 🙂
