I had a desire for pizza and decided to pick one up from pizza hut. I don’t eat much pizza anymore because of lower quality and cost. A “large” pizza now days is the size of a med pizza back in the day. Ordered half supreme and half pepperoni lovers. Pepperoni lovers used to mean lots of pepperoni but as you can see in the picture, looks like a normal pepperoni. The supreme well was not apparently they did not have green peppers…looks like alot of other things missing. I do thank them for reminding why I do not eat pizza much. Costco pizza fresh is like what pizza hut used to produce. Price well I spent 31.35, pizza with a small soda. Of course with VA paying themselves through high taxes…The pizza was not very good. How does a pizza place not have ingredients for a supreme pizza on a Friday? That’s kind of your job… Not the first time pepperoni lovers was not. Thanks pizza hut for the reminder.

Went and order through the app a large pizza and a side Caesar salad. I got to my car and noticed all I got was just lettuce and dressing for $6.99. I went back in and said there were no toppings. Not once when the manager gave me my order did he even tell me they were out of the Caesar toppings. So when I brought it up he said they didn’t have the topping so I said can I get something on top because all I have is lettuce. All he kept saying was I can do that but I will have to charge you more. He had no issues with me getting charge $6.99 for just lettuce when that’s not what I ordered. I was surprised by how he was acting “rude with a snarky attitude” like he didn’t wanna be there. When I asked to speak to the manager he said it was him. At this point it wasn’t going anywhere and I couldn’t believe he couldn’t see where I was coming from. If it wasn’t for my mother just wanting a side salad I would have asked for a refund but the way he was acting I didn’t wanna deal with him any longer and just left. Beware if your going here and make sure and check your order before leaving.

I ordered food for delivery and within 20 minutes I had a belligerent man calling me from a California number claiming to be from pizza hut. This guy had all my order info and personal information. Couldn’t make out what he was trying to tell me so I hung up and called the store directly. They claimed ignorance and said no one would ever call from their personal number. Yet, i had just hung up the phone on a mysterious man who did in fact have ALL OF MY ORDER/PERSONAL information.

Apparently the store was out of every item I ordered and instead of contacting me for a refund or substitution, they just gave me whatever they deemed fit. For example: instead of a pan pizza they subbed a hand tossed (pan is $4 more expensive, and charged me that) and all the drinks were substituted to diet pepsi (gross).
When I called they refused to refund any money or make the situation right in anyway. I’ve requested that the store manager call me back multiple times to no avail.
The staff at this location is absurd. I will go out of my way to avoid it at all costs. You’ve been warned.

Let’s just dive in! Online order gone wrong
My wife placed it , so I had no idea she had ordered a salad. Walk in, pay the bill+10 tip. I remember looking at the salad bar and noted to myself, not alot of items, and hardly no lettuce in the bowl. Anyways, I get home, my wife ask where’s the salad, and of course we call. So this is when it gets interesting, The manager answers, I explain we ordered a salad, and didn’t receive it. The manager says that we are supposed to make our own! I explained how I didn’t know that, no one mentioned it and even if I had known, they didn’t have enough to make one anyways, she says, she will take a look, I say it’s 3 feet away from where she is standing, and that’s when it became apparent, especially as she told me, she was in the back. This explains it all, the manager isn’t even managing.
Anyways, 3 stars as the pizza taste great,

Pizza was delicious. The customer service was far from great. There was only one person working and his attitude reflected as much. He kept on making pizzas while my son and I stood at the front counter to pick up our order for over 10-15 minutes. Then when he approached the counter he didn’t say a word… just looked at me. I said my name….and he said $43.12. I paid and he walked off. Smh…..very rude.

If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered cinnamon twists last night. Took a bite and there was a FALSE LASH in my bread. Threw up immediately after. Called the next day because it was late. All the manager could say was “We can send you another order of cinnamon twists.” I told her I didn’t want a new order, I was pretty disgusted I just wanted to tell her. She also said “I was the only girl working and I don’t wear eyelashes.” It felt like she was implying that I was making it up. Hated the lack of compassion. Will never order from there again.

The owner is so nice! Excellent service! The new spicy pizza is delicious. You gotta try it if you like spicy. We ordered it after finishing two large pizzas. Yummy!
