Went in to eat, haven’t seen a eat in Pizza Hut with salad bar in years, was in the area for work, saw they had a deep dish pizza for eat in only, decided to get one and wow it was delicious, extremely fresh and hot, very friendly staff, would absolutely go there again for one of these

After seeing the spicy lovers pizza I thought I have to try that. Granted I haven’t had pizza hut since it was by the mall, ordered online with a 2pm pick up. Had some extra time so i decided to swing by and see if they could start my order a bit early, arrived at their location at 1:20. when i inquired about my order the young lady at the counter looked over the computer and then stated that i must have ordered it from another pizza hut. i think to myself, ill just cancel that order and reconstruct it here, to my surprise, the total is about 15 dollars more for ordering in person (comon now … how silly is that) so i frantically begin looking over my order (on my cell) and called the locations phone number, strangely the phone infront of me rang, this was about 1:35. the employee at the front just looked at the phone and proceeded to continue what she was doing. i waited patiently for the employee, who was working with what seemed to be the assistant manager with a customer who was having her own issue with store. around 1:40, still waiting, i see that my name is on the digital display for my order for 2pm. when i finally got the ladies attention, and pointed to the screen, she just said “oh”. So i walk across the parking lot, knowing im not going to be able to expedite my order, but seeing as its only 15 minutes away, i go and grab some beer from the gas station and put it in my trunk. at 2pm i go back into the store. i wait patiently, the front counter lady is getting the ‘party room’ ready for guests who are arriving. finally at 2:15 i walk up and ask about my order. a lady with a baseball cap, who seems to be the person in charge, goes to the back and then goes to the warming box and pulls my order out; i have no idea how long its been in there. I open the boxes up and one of my pizza’s do not have the correct ingredients. At this point im just glad to have something for my money and exit the store. i know realize why its been 15 years or so since i had pizza hut. The pizza’s were pretty good (3/5), the spicy lovers was not hot at all. the service i received (0/5). wont be back.

I didn’t go there for a meal. I had a DoorDash and they didn’t have the pizza bags over there. It was just the manager that I was being rude towards her in the side. She wanted to be rude towards me so they were very un polite and unprofessional all because I was asking did they have a pizza bag so I can take a picture so I can finish the order and the order was only two dollars

Awful place to eat. I was told to sit anywhere except the back. I was surprised when a gentleman went straight and sat at the table that I was told I could not sit. Not really sure if this was racial profiling but it happened and I will never dine at Pizza Hut again. Pizza was loaded with tomato sauce and the cheese was halfway melted and the coke was watered down.

Yet again I had food delivered, didn’t get all of my items, was offered a refund instead of bringing me the missing items, and then didn’t get the refund. I had no idea that my items were being delivered by DoorDash, or else I wouldn’t have ordered at all. I’m done. All told, I paid an additional $15.00 above my bill for delivery fee and a tip to the driver, I didn’t get everything I ordered, and I didn’t get a refund. Order from a mom and pop that is grateful for your business. The food will taste better anyway.

I bought a personal pan pizza, that had 4 slices of pepperoni, a few pieces of onion and green peppers. You had to look hard for the sausage. The sad part is the cost of 12 chicken wings $21.00, this is ridiculous!!

Will never return!! Dry pizza!!! Hard cheese and bread!!!! No sauce at all!!! spent 35$ for shitty pizza!!! Shitty customer service!!!! they have no customer service whatsoever!!!! Ignore u when u eat inside!!! Still can’t get it right if u take it out!! Always rude and disrespectful to customers!!! Don’t go there if u want good pizza dominos will do better!!!!! The white women and men in there are rude as hell!!! Patriot hwy pizza hut sucks!!! Maybe the one by the college can do better!!! Never go here if y’all want respect and customer service properly when they mess up!!! Btw this is not the first time!!! Same crew different problems!!! Fire this crew get a new one maybe they can do customers correctly and make pizza with sauce!!! And my dogs didn’t even want the pizza they wouldn’t remake for customer satisfaction!!!
