Ordered 5:50pm. Confirmation sent, and Pizza Hut app states 6:18 delivery time but they sent to 3rd party for faster delivery (DoorDash). We did not get our pizza till almost 7:00pm. They say oh it’s in heat bags, okay my husband checked the temp on his personal pan pizza and it was 108 degrees. Is the 3rd party (DoorDash) really faster? Go back to hiring your own drivers!!!!!

Not happy that pizza hut doesn’t offer refunds unless you go into the store. I ordered delivery for a reason… it’s rare for me to have help to go to the store as I’m a wheelchair user and bed bound… you have to go through hoops calling the Manger I don’t even know the point of contact us chat… they just don’t want to give refunds just coupons. Don’t think I’ll be paying for anymore things. My pizza was pretty burnt and dry.

Ordered pizza from here before and never had a problem until earlier this month. Made my son and I sick for a week, after filling out a survey I got asked a bunch of questions by a manager, to only get this response, “Thanks for the information. I needed it to ensure we check all product associated with it for shelf life and expiration. We did not have any other customers call and issue a concern with any issues causing illness or distress.
What can I do for you?”
I just asked for a refund, because we had to throw the pizza away and never heard back and never was refunded. No I’m sorry or attempt to offer anything. All it takes is one employee not to wash their hands and prepare your food to cause illness, but apparently that’s not taken seriously at this location.

Don’t use this store.
I’ve been ordering from this location since it was built, and for years I never had an issue. Ever since they switched to using Uber Eats for delivery, the quality has gone downhill—cold, soggy pizzas that take forever to arrive.
But that’s not the main reason for this review. About six or seven weeks ago, I placed a delivery order and paid online. When the driver arrived, he insisted I had to pay again. Even after I told him it was already paid—and even after the store confirmed it on the phone—he refused to leave the pizza unless I gave him more money. After 15–20 minutes of back and forth, I finally told him to leave.
I drove to the store myself, and the manager apologized, made me a new pizza, and promised me a credit for the inconvenience (since I had paid a delivery fee but had to pick it up anyway).
Here’s the problem: when I went to use that credit today, suddenly nobody remembered anything, nothing was in my account, and I was basically told “too bad.” After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, that was the last straw.
My recommendation:
If you still use this store, do pickup only—don’t trust their delivery.
And if they ever offer you a “credit,” don’t take it. Make them refund you outright, because you’ll never see that credit.

Delicious pan pizza and best staff I’ve ever encountered at a Pizza Hut. Monty and the others on a busy Friday night were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra sauce and instead got a thin crust with no sauce? The 2nd pizza was stale. Neither pizza was edible so I tried to feed it to my dogs but they won’t even eat it and they eat their own poop from time to time. Never ordering pizza hut again.

I ordered the dinner box because it comes with a rectangle pizza, my daughters favorite. I had to step out when driver delivered. I get back open box and it’s a circle pizza. I call the store, and it’s been discontinued….If that is the case why is it still an option on the menu!!!!!!!!

Don’t go to this pizza hut. First, their pan pizza is not like any pan pizza I’ve gotten from any other pizza hut. Second, half the pizza is missing cheese.

Delivery came through doordash, I had no idea that was the case through the Pizza Hut app. Paid $5 delivery fee + tip to have to walk outside and pick my own food up while dude sat on his ass in his car and then complained that I was “wasting his time” because he had to wait for me to find his car. Do yourself a favor and order carry out.
