Every time I make an order on the app it’s never in time. It’s the 3rd time I’ve gone into the store to pick it up and they haven’t even started on my order. I will say the pizza is fresh and cooked well but the service is absolutely horrible. I come to the store expecting to pick up and go but I always end up staying an extra 15 mins. Its not professional at all and comes off as lazy/unaware of online orders

Went above and beyond to get me my order. Ordered online for delivery, delivery driver gave me the wrong order. I called pizza hut, and they graciously said keep that order you received and we will send you your original order no extra charge. Got to enjoy delicious pizza and wings with the great customer service provided. Thanks!

This is my local store and they are usually amazing. Pizza Hut (corporate) chose to use a third party service for delivery and this third party service not only delivered my pizza to the wrong address, but also the driver tried to gaslight me that they delivered to my address. For now, I’m not going to order from Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Papa Johns. I was loyal to Pizza Hut and I hope they can show they care for their customers. Again, the workers at the store were good (albeit super busy), but the third party really let me down.

I hate that I don’t know his name, works front register during the day and early evening. He’s always so incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient, all the things you wish everyone and all other businesses had someone exactly like him. Also, there’s an experienced woman at night that’s also amazing. Love the $2 Tuesday Personal Pan deal!!! Hope it sticks around, especially since I texted half my contacts about it!!! Never had a bad experience there.

The website was not working so I had to call in to place the order. I ordered 3 stuffed crust pizza’s, a 20oz drink and a dessert as they had a special for stuffed crust. The food was delivered and I received two pizzas only. I tried calling the store but got hung up on and called back again only to receive attitude. I was told that they don’t take the orders the call centers do but they only see I ordered two pizzas. I tried to tell them at the store I paid $92.00 with tip for delivery. I had to repeat 4 times to the guy at the counter what happened. It’s frustrating dealing with employees who don’t put themselves in your shoes. They would be frustrated if they paid that much for two pizzas only to receive half their order.

Pizza was decent. However, we ordered boneless wings from here which were completely raw on the inside. I ended up eating two before realizing because I was dunking them in sauce. The texture/taste were off so I decided to take a look. Like I said…completely raw….
The restaurant refunded the money for the wings but it doesn’t help that I ate two of them beforehand.

The lady at the register was nice but the counter and around her were dirty and dusty like crazy! The pizza dough was undercooked, the sauce wasn’t enough, tomatoes were half cooked & half raw, mushrooms almost burnt, olives all over the pizza even on the crust, Wow what a waste. the pizza looked like it’s been sitting there for a while.

If i could give zero stars i would. Worst location I have ever been to, worst service. Waited over an hour for delivery, didnt recieve it, drove to the store they hadn’t even made it. DONT GO HERE!!!!! AND THEY DONT WEAR GLOVES WHEN MAKING THE PIZZAS

Ordered a large stuffed crust for delivery. Pizza hut decided since they were out of the large stuffed crust they would just make 2 medium pan pizzas instead without even contacting me. The door dasher called to let me know about it.
