Never ordering from them again. Never got my food. Haven’t reimbursed my money yet. They sent separate messages to indicate food was on its way and then marked the food as delivered which it wasn’t. They turned off their phones so no one can complain.

Our family ordered pizza on Friday night and it was the most horrible experience. We ordered it at 615pm and it arrived at 10pm. It was very cold and the chicken wings were missing from the order. We called and asked the order status multiple times to be told “It’s on the way.” That was not true. I’m very disappointed at this situation and the nonchalant behavior of the staff at this location. Do yourself a favor, and order from somewhere else.

Terrible service. Ordered food and 2.5 hours later still had not received food. Called to cancel and could not get a hold of the store. Charge still says pending on my card 2 days later. Domino’s had no problem delivering in 30 minutes. Do not order food from this location!!

Yesterday, I placed an order with Pizza Hut and was eagerly awaiting the delivery. However, the delivery person displayed a lack of respect and courtesy throughout the entire interaction. Firstly, the delivery person approached my door with a visibly annoyed expression and made no effort to greet me or introduce themselves. When she handed me the receipt, I signed it and gave it back to her. When she looked at it, she asked was I going to tip, I told her that I’m not able to because I only have enough money to buy food for my family which I feel like I didn’t have to explain to her at all. She proceeds to tell me that she the manager and its mandatory to leave a tip and I kindly let her know that it’s optional. As I begin to close my front door, she kicked my door to make sure I couldn’t close it. That was rude and unprofessional for a manager to behave in that manner. She out of all people know that you can’t behave in that manner just because you didn’t receive a tip. you for your time and understanding.

Went in with our team of 8 on Friday since we recently saw that the Buffet was back and was not a great experience. Staff was extremely friendly, but getting pizza from the buffet was like pulling teeth. They had just sold an order of 40+ pizzas that we saw walk out the door. Not sure what happened, but 9 people (our team of 8 plus 1 other customer) had to share 5 pizzas, some bread sticks and cinnamon sticks and then weree asked if we wanted more. Not sure if they weren’t ready for the buffet since it looked like they had a salad bar, but nothing ever came out. May go back once more to try it again

Terrible service. I went there to pick up my online order. Waited 10mins for someone to acknowledge me (there were no other customers). Then told me only half of my order is ready. I waited 30mins and came to find out they forgot my cheesesticks too so I had to additional 10 more mins. I have been waiting here for almost 45mins for my online order and writing my review as I wait. Definitely going to order domino’s next time.
