Terrible! The only thing that tasted good was the fries! It was horrible. The pizza was not hot. It looked like both pizzas had been thrown together. Never again will I order from here. I want a refund!!

I’ve been ordering from this pizza hut for yrs and never had a single issue until today now that they partnered with door dash in the morning/mid afternoon as they don’t have their own driver. unfortunately the door dash driver was rude and did not follow simple instructions, and left my food outside my yard gate on the ground. When he was GIVEN “specific” instructions by me and Jason pizza hut general manager. This caused confusion and inconvenience as my son searched for our food.
Thankfully, when i called the store the general manager Jason stepped in and completely turned the situation around. His customer service was exceptional he went above and beyond to make things right. After I found my order outside my yard gate he had a new one made fresh and ensured it was delivered properly. Jason was professional, efficient, kind and truly cared about resolving the issue.
Even though the experience with door dash was frustrating Jason’s quick response and outstanding service turned a bad situation into a great one. He Definitely deserves recognition for the way he handles his role. 5 STARS FOR JASON THE GENERAL MANAGER!!!

I haven’t had pizza hut in a while and unfortunately was very disappointed. The dinner box we ordered had broken wings which we did not eat. The sauce spilled on the dry cheese breadsticks which we did not eat.

I’ve gone to this Pizza Hut a few times and every experience has been the best. The pizza is cooked and prepared like you asked them to. The wings are also very good and have become one of favorite. I’d definitely recommend ordering from this location.

$60 for 1 LG stuff crust 3 topping w/ extra cheese. 1 reg order of cheese sticks, 1 cookie and 1 pepsi. Tip was $11. Door dash delevers, fine whatever, guy says they were out of pepsi, someone was supposed to call you. 1) no one called 2) I wasn’t charged less and 3) when I called the store was told they would send it in 20 mins. That’s a lot of money to have to follow up, beg for what I paid for and most importantly eat my food cold. Excellent service Pizza Hut Dillingham Square. I have no problem if you choose to have door dash make your deliveries for you, but for the love of all things holy, I am paying a freaking premium for very little and your solution is wait another 20 mins? Next time I will just order Dominos or Papa John’s. Much cheaper anyway.

I often go to this Pizza Hut because I usually get pizza that is pretty good. However I had the worse experience tonight. I ordered online and picked up the pizza. I got home and the Detroit style pizza looked like a child fixed it, it was so much extra sauce just spread all over the pizza. I called the store back to report my concerns, they put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be the manager, Ryland. He said he would report it, I asked how would be compensated and he said hold on. He passed the phone to someone else who said he was just an employee. At that point I just asked for the corporate number because I felt like I was dealing with unprofessional staff.

I’m honestly not sure what everyone’s problem with this Pizza hut is! If you live in this area, you have to know delivery is gonna take a while, especially between the hours of 3 and 6pm! The woman I placed my order with was EXTREMELY kind and patient with me (I didn’t think through my order before calling ) and both her and the guy on the register were very nice and helpful!! The pizza is Pizza Hut pizza! Good, greasy, etc. We’ll definitely order from here again for the customer service alone!!
