I love Pizza Hut, but this is exactly why I’ve been ordering from Domino’s instead. My pizza arrived cold, and this has happened more than once. When I order pizza, hot and fresh should be a given. I want to support Pizza Hut, but if the food consistently arrives cold, I’ll keep taking my business elsewhere.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the lack of accessibility and safety at your location. During my recent visit, I encountered an extreme deficiency in handicap facilities. The handicap ramp provided is damaged and unsafe, making it nearly impossible for individuals with mobility challenges to access your restaurant.
Additionally, the main entrance to the plaza is in terrible condition, with massive potholes that create serious hazards for all customers, especially those with disabilities. This combination of issues is not only highly inconvenient but also a major safety risk and a clear violation of ADA compliance and basic customer accommodation.
I urge Pizza Hut to address these problems immediately by repairing or replacing the ramp and working with property management to fix the dangerous potholes at the entrance. Please confirm the steps you will take to resolve this matter.

I ordered food for delivery which was pretty quick. The door dasher came by handed me the food and left. There was a missing item is where this was a hard ache since the door dasher didn’t speak any English and with my broken Spanish, I understood him saying he just dropped off what he had. I tried calling the store initially but nothing went through. I went through the Pizza Hut online and they only offered a coupon for missing item and that I’d have to pay a delivery fee just to get what should have been in my order which doesn’t really make any sense. I called the store again and spoke with Losana and explained the situation which he was understanding. I asked mainly just either for my item or to refund it whichever is easier at this point. He’d said he’d speak to his manager which 5 mins later he called me back saying he’s on his way. I truly appreciate his honesty and effort to make things right

Manager there is horrible. Does not have any customer service skills at all. I understand being busy on a special day but this was completely unacceptable behavior. As I was speaking to him he completely disregarded me and ignored me to speak to someone behind me. The guy that was canceling orders was nice at least. won’t be back to this location that’s for sure.

Trash across the board. Food was not prepared as requested. They utilize DoorDash for delivery and that was a mess on its own. The driver delivers to wrong address, then brings it to me. It’s cold upon arrival, and missing part of the order. Furthermore the food wasn’t even prepared as requested to be well done. It was soggy and undercooked.
A refund was issued after having to bring the order back to the store, and I am out the gratuity that was granted to the driver as it was not part of the refund. Do not order from this location. The woman on the phone had difficulty understanding the entire situation.
