10/25/23 UPDATE: I emailed the address as the owner response suggested three weeks ago and never got a reply.
9/30/23: Feel badly for posting a negative review because it’s not something I normally do but this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We wanted to try the Big New Yorker… looked nothing like the commercials – super dry crust, mediocre amount of cheese, way too much seasoning on the top of it and cut in 8 slices – the BNY is supposed be 6 (don’t care about the slice count, just saying the entire pie itself was so sub-par). Breadsticks were nothing like they used to be back in the day – so dry and tasteless. None of this is directed to anyone that works at this location, but Pizza Hut corporate, everyone is out pizza-ing you with the food we received tonight. :-/

Worse pizza I’ve ever had. Tastes terrible and looks like it was flushed down a toilet after being burned. Will never eat here again. EVERYONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT. Warning it tastes and looks like plastic.

It’s people working here they try to steal from you or It’s fake advertising from Pizza Hut but I ordered a combo of $23.99 and they tried to charge $28.99. Manager is lack of knowledge and in the breakdown they’re charging you $3.99 for something included in the combo. Such a way to do business

Should’ve read the reviews. If I could give it zero, I would. Horrible location. I ordered from this location for convenience. The saleswoman was studying my receipt like she couldn’t believe I ordered online and paid. Then the pizza looked dry and brown. I told her I had 2 sides of marinara and she rudely asks are they in the box. I opened them and told her no and she proceeds to open the boxes again and check. Not enough words to explain how offensive.

Placed Android order @935, picked the pizza up @1004. Opened the box and asked the salesperson if she would want to eat this. She placed the plates that I asked for on the box and walked in the back. I left the store because I left my phone on my desk @work. Had to take pictures of this mess no one ever believe it unless they saw it. Burnt, dry and looked like they made it this morning. Got to work, Which took 3min including parking. took pictures. Found that I was unable to do the survey because they don’t give survey codes (Wonder Why?). Called the customer service number and ended up outsourced of course. My family loves pizza and I won’t say that I won’t order from Pizza Hut again – Just not this one!

I’ve order delivery from here a couple of times. There’s an issue with the pizza from delivery being cold on arrival and not including any extra toppings that were paid for. I’ve also gotten carryout, which is better, but it’s clear the place is understaffed. The pizza hut customer service team was great and reached out to me and went above and beyond in terms of good customer service. The problem is that this particular store is not well run. I’m sure I’ll order from Pizza Hut again, but I don’t expect to order from this store.

One of the worst run pizza restaurants of any type I have ever seen. They don;!t know how to manage the front of store or the delivery’s. Delivery’s often take over an hour and I have yet to have a delivery made that was not wrong in some way. toppings or extra sauce paid for but not brought. Always a promise they will bring it right back and never to see them again. I have given up ordering delivery from this store and just go straight there. Still takes them 30-45 to process orders. And even when going to store and picking up they manage to forget parts of the order. Double check everything if you order from here.

I enjoy Pizza Hut when it comes to quick pizza places, but Seven Corners PH is the worst experience of my life. The food is always late (not just a couple minutes, but usually 30-60mins), and the orders are correct 50% of the time. And if you try to call and check your order… good luck. Takes a solid 20 mins and 30+ phone calls just to reach someone. Thanks to this location, I am deleting my app and it will be Domino’s from here on out.

So, I go to pizza hut normally I order from pizza bolis. Pizza Bolis has large pizzas for around 21 dollars with turkey pepperoni. I order a $12.99 medium pizza that some how because of mushrooms and chicken is $21. I looked it up online that’s definitely the wrong price and I was overcharged. The guys were laughing in their language saying something about a medium pizza but don’t realize I can use Google translate to translate what they are saying. I assume they overcharged me. No pizza place is charging $21 for a medium pizza. Even with two basic toppings. Almost $10 for 2 toppings that’s crazy. I eat the pizza and I have a massive headache. Definitely not ordering there again.

The last three orders were horrible. I kept thinking that the pizza would get better but it only got worse. The crust was not as I ordered it and the pepperoni tasted nothing like what pepperoni should taste like. Nasty is the word that comes to mind. On top of that, the price for this inedible pizza was significantly more than I have ever paid for delivered pizza. Never again.
