Extremely quick order processing on a Saturday night! We placed an online order for the Triple Treat Box and to our surprise it was available for pickup in 14 minutes! WITH a line around the entryway and folks waiting in the parking lot. The staff was courteous at the register as well. Streamlined crew there! Shout out to the young gentleman with the long hair and beard who assisted us. First time customers there too.

Worst experience ever getting pizza. I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in over 15 years decided to try this new one and it was disgusting. Card board no flavor at all and staff was rude unwelcoming and unprofessional. I think they need to inspect they are making their pizza right because I remember the crust being buttery and seasoned and this was dry cardboard. I will never order pizza again from here.

Very nice people ordered 3 large pizzas one was stuffed-crust, but it was missing and got cheese instead of it. The manager ask me if i can wait an extra 15 minutes to remake it and give me the cheese pizza extra for the order mistake.

First time ordering from this new Pizza Hut in our area; but extremely disappointed in the entire experience. Ordering the food on the app was fine; but after the order was placed, the delivery was late (according to the app); and come to find out part of my order was tampered with! For reference, this order was placed at 7:27 pm on a Wednesday evening (photo attached); over $100 was spent and a 20% tip was added (tip was added with the order, prior to delivery).
Upon receipt, and keep in mind, this was direct from Pizza Hut (not a 3rd party delivery service) there is a chunk missing from my chicken wing!! You mean to tell me this wing is supposed to look like this?? (Photos attached) I immediately called and requested to speak to the Manager (Joaquin) to report it, and he immediately disregarded my concern and hung up on me! This is absolutely unacceptable and I have already reported this horrible customer service and experience to the parent company.
Upon further inspection, none of the boxes/containers were sealed with tamper-proof tape (photos attached). I am definitely never ordering from this restaurant again and would advise the same unless you can somehow guarantee that your food isn’t being tampered with. But at this day and age, it just isn’t worth it.

DONT ORDER I got half an old pizza and half a new pizza. Called the store and spoke to Astul who is the store manager and didn’t want to give his name to request pizza be remade and he said they ain’t even have slough ingredients to make the first pizza which explains why they used half a old pizza

Every couple of years, against my better judgement, I give Pizza Hut another chance. And nobody out pizzas the Hut when it comes to disappointment! This location was a mess literally and figuratively. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing. There were stacks of pizza boxes taking up several tables and chairs. The salad bar was empty and unappealing. Tables hadn’t been bussed and cleaned. We dined in and the service was slow and chaotic. When we were finally able to order, it took 35-45 minutes to get our pizza. When the pizza arrived it looked good but it was barely warm! I guess that’s why it took so long, they figured it needed to sit there for twenty minutes to cool off? (I forgot to take a picture of the pizza because I was starving.) Anyway, pretty par for almost every other Pizza Hut experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. I don’t recommend this location or this franchise now that I think about it.

Overall good service, restaurant was clean. My problem is, I love Pizza Hut thin and crispy pizza. I haven’t had it in maybe 3 years because it’s only good if you dine in, once it hits the box it becomes soggy. So noticed this was a dine in. I ordered and it came in a box. Sooo disappointed!!!! Made well but soggy. Ughhh! Wish I never came here, no idea when I will get to dine in again.

Growing up our family always loved pizzahut so it was nice to finally see this one open up in our area. I had enough toppings on my pizza but the cheese seemed to be missing. I didn’t want to eat just pizza crust with toppings, I wanted the cheese! Anyhow, I was disappointed and called to let them know but the lady on the phone was going to transfer me over to the manager and then the phone hung up. Not sure if I will give this place another try since we also have a papa John’s and domino around us. Really wanted to like this place as it was a childhood favorite.

I’m always able to pick up my pizza quickly after placing an order. Customer service is always pretty friendly. It’s my go-to spot for take out pizza.
