With as oddball of a location as it is, I’m surprised it still does very well! The staff are nice, the camaraderie between them solid, and the pizza stays hot for a good time! My only complaints are that I feel the quality of the normal pizza has gone down a bit over the years, and the price for some items seems a bit silly, but overall still happy with the place. Pan pizzas are still a banger.

Look: it’s Pizza Hut. It’s not that deep people. Yeah sometimes the website is buggy, but it’s not THIS Pizza Hut location’s fault. I’ve always done pickup from this location, so I can’t speak to the delivery experience, but the pizza and sides have always been great. It’s not super fancy or gourmet or high end, but I set my expectations accordingly to Pizza Hut and not some high end place.
If you’re craving some solid pizza or haven’t tried Pizza Hut in a while, this is a great location to do so.

7 Jan 2022: Outstanding! My pizza craving was satisfied by a spot on order. The pizza was hot and delivered quick. My weird no cheese pizzas were delivered exactly how I ordered. Great job! 2 stars up to 4 stars.
Original review: For my order, we got a pizza dinner box. One of the pizzas was not supposed to have cheese. Instead, it had cheese, but there was no sauce. Of all our orders there, this is the second time this has happened. So we will still order from there, but are hoping this detail gets resolved. I have a picture of the receipt and the pizza if it is needed. Thank you.

This Pizza Hut location was great. My kids liked the Big New Yorker, but our order from the Pizza Hut on Commerce St a couple weeks ago was not hot and arrived in poor shape. So I decided to carry out from this location. It was ready in less than 15 minutes, very hot, and my kids loved it!

Ordering is simple, leaving a one star rating because I was given the wrong pizza or they did not bother double checking on the order or did not care since the order is close to closing time, whatever happened this neglect was unacceptable
Update 6/3/2022: who would’ve thought that pizza hut actually pays attention to their reviews, especially mine who only have 9 reviews under my belt. Short story, changing my rating and outlook for this business as they did actually made it right. Mind you that it actually reached the Regional VP Northeast and the District Manager for Burke of pizza hut and I received the call personally. I can only say thank you and appreciate how pizza hut treats me as a customer. I am not being forced to changed my rating for this review (originally 1 star to now 5 star), was not even a part of the entire conversation, just a happy customer that would like to express my satisfaction.

Excellent service . I was glad I had a great time ordering, especially great deals with them On-line. I really appreciate it. Had so much fun using the app. Was also glad they came back, especially forgotten 1 of my items. Met allot of great people. Younger person worked at a Cashier position liked me. So far I ordered twice in this place. Food is still hot when it made it to our house. The delivery personnel were also friendly and food arrived on time. The drivers were all courteous and have their face mask on. I highly recommend this pizza hut location. Will definitely order again soon.

Most likely not coming back. My food was so hard I thought I broke a tooth.
The crust cut my gums and I had to go to the dentist to have a piece of the crust removed from my gums. Had I known it would be that bad I would have eaten glass.
I placed an online order around 930a for an 1115a pickup. I checked in and a guy came out about two minutes later and walked around the parking lot cluelessly looking for my vehicle. I was parked right in front. He went up to every white vehicle in the parking lot. After about three minutes walking in the cold he looked right at me then proceeded to walk back to the store. I rolled down my window and asked “Is that for *****?” He said yes and gave it to me.
Both boxes were cold to the touch.
When I got back to work I assumed my pizza pocket thing I got was in the big box. Nope. Was in this tiny little box. (Waste of money/proportions) I took my first bite into this thing and it surely was made long before my pickup time of 1115a. It was like crunching on broken glass.
I used to come here over 7 years ago. Now I remember why I stopped coming. One terrible pizza order cost me $73 at the dentist. Pffffffft

They need to double check the order to make sure it is correct before offering it to the customer. I did carry out, and when i got home, i noticed that one pizza did not have all the toppings i requested, our breadsticks were missing the marinara sauce, and we did not get any of the Cinnabons we ordered. I was not going to go all the way back to the store, so we just ate what we had while being disappointed that we did not have our complete order.

The staff is not trained since they have have no customer service skills. Pizza takes forever to be delivered and it’s usually cold. Tried contacting them they have nothing to say not even an apology. I have worked in food service and I understand that there are constraints when delivering pizza the least the staff can do is be apologetic and show some empathy. But like I said they lack customer service skills
