I am taking the time to really provide a shout out to everyone at this Pizza Hut.
We have been here several times, and have always appreciated the service and food. The workers have always gone above and beyond. See my reviews, this doesn’t always happen. AND this has never happened for a chain store, as I hunt for good food, and this is a pizza place.
That said, the food has been good, but the service has amazed. WE messed up the order this time, and the staff just said they would correct it. AND they did. The food was great, and the service was unbeatable. The people here care, and that is something we don’t often find at chain store. That means that management here cares, and I can’t emphasize enough how much I would encourage people to get food here.
There is no better time to have this encounter. We are impacted by the shutdown, and will likely not be going out to eat till after it resolves. We want to shout out amazing effort by local businesses and encourage others to go here too.

They make you tell them THREE TIMES that you don’t want to tip on a carryout online order.
1st request – During online checkout on your website, I selected “no tip”.
2nd request – At the store, I had to sign the paper credit card slip and indicate again that I didn’t want to tip.
3rd request – Just when I thought you were done asking for a tip, I was told I needed to indicate my tip amount on the credit card machine.
Order #144600401. Perhaps this one star Google review and fourth and final notice that I DON’T WANT TO TIP YOU will finally make sense?

Ordered delivery of around $45 for my family. The order was originally supposed to be delivered at 6:27 – 6:36 pm. It finally arrived at around 7:10pm. When it arrived, the food was cold and the thin crust pizza was like cardboard. I called the store to let them know. After hearing about it, just got silence from the person who answered. Like a “what do you want me to do about it” kind of silence. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Over the last two times I placed an order, I had the pleasure of being helped by Caleb and Brayden. They where both attentive to my order and making sure it was perfect. They where also very friendly along with the other cooks that they work with.
I have an issue with Pizza Hut but its not with the service or my food. Its the Corporate who expect them to work understaffed. Its the Corporate who wants us to pay 12 dollars for 6 wings, or 25 dollars for one Pizza. I know other customers have issues with the restaurant but I’m not going to stand there and yell at the workers who I’m sure do not get paid enough for the bull crap.

I would not recommend ordering from here if you want delivery. This establishment routinely has door dash deliver which at best is unreliable. When I called about my order, I was told it was ready but was still waiting on the wings to finish. I asked for clarity and was told they were waiting on a driver and then hung up on. Not a great experience.

I had an issue with my order and told the boy working about it. He apologized and offered to remake it. Then the general manager apologized to me as well while I waited. He then offered me a cookie. I have never had a restaurant treat me so well and do so much to make it right.

This place sucks ever since they moved from the old location. I have never had a good pizza from here yet. Figured I’d try again the other day for some reason my pizza was delivered by doordash, Luke warm at best after they drove around for 30mins with my pizza not even in a pizza bag to keep it warm, and the cinnabons didn’t even have icing on them. Call the restaurant for 10mins and no one answers the phone. No thanks!

Thank you to Candy at Pizza Hut in Eldersburg. I thought I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it didn’t show up in their system. She made my order and didn’t charge me. Candy has great customer service skills and a true gem.
