Ordered three pizzas, only one was made as expected. One came without pepperoni despite being advertised and described as having pepperoni. The other was given with tomato sauce despite ordering it with Alfredo in place of tomato. Mentioned it to the employee and was told I was wrong. Definitely not ordering here again

Finally visited this location after moving to the area several months back. Ordered online and my order was hot and ready at the quoted time. Staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean. I always add a little extra love and spices to my take out pizzas, since I normally make my own, but overall the thin crust pie that I ordered was very nice and tasty. Not many dine out or take out options in Hancock, so everyone should check out this place while visiting or relocating to the area.

Haven’t been here in months & somehow the beautiful girl remembered to cut my bread sticks a certain way for my drive. I get there tonight & sadly she wasn’t there, but she told her sister who was there(that I didn’t know was her sister) to make sure she did the same for me! The sweetest thing any woman has ever done for me! Especially since I’m really not a regular. I’m Def gonna have to get her name, cuz I Def owe her for that. Completely made my night!

Food was good but one of the bathrooms was broken and they didn’t have water. I don’t like giving my kids soda but ai had to decide between that and nothing.

The staff is friendly, convenient location but this time my pizza, a large stuffed crust with meatball and extra cheese did me wrong. I spent half the night in the bathroom on the toilet. I bought this same pizza once before and it was good the meatballs were big, sliced in half and good quality but this time the meatballs were tiny and tasted like garbage. I don’t know who the supplier of these are but their number needs to be lost. Ruined the entire pizza.

Ordered a family box for our first meal of the weekend. Pizza was good and bread sticks. The pasta only had about 10 noodles on it tho and was not at all the amount that usually comes in the family box.

It is my understanding that this place recently changed to new management and it shows. There are no longer fountain drinks, you can only purchase by the bottle. Don’t attempt to ask for any kids size drinks or a free cup of water because cups and ice no longer exist here. Coloring paper and crayons are not available. Apparently they have limited ovens and one pizza takes about 45 minutes to bake. The silverware and dishes were dirty. We were told because the new management took out the water softener so things aren’t get cleaned. While our server was super nice, they could not keep up with requests. We will not be back.
