Just Drive to Another Restaurant!
From the moment we pulled up, I had a bad feeling about this place. The parking lot was falling apart, littered with debris, and looked like it hadn’t seen maintenance in years. Walking inside, the situation only got worse. Dim lighting, dirty floors, and stained, ripped carpeting set the tone for what would be an awful dining experience.
We stood at the entrance for several minutes with zero acknowledgment from the staff. No greeting, no host—just employees lingering in the back, pretending not to notice us. I had to walk over and ask if we seat ourselves, which should have been my cue to leave.
When we finally got a server, things somehow managed to get worse. No tap water, no filtered water—only bottled. And not just for water, but for soda, too! That’s right—if you want a drink with your pizza, be prepared to buy individual 20oz bottles, one at a time, because they don’t even have cups! Who thought this was a good idea? Oh, and their excuse? “COVID.” In 2025. Sure.
At this point, we started noticing just how disgusting the place really was. Tables still had crumbs and grease stains from previous customers. The walls were covered in scuff marks. The entire place looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in years. If the front of the house looks like this, I can’t even imagine what the kitchen must be like.
Pizza Hut needs to shut this location down immediately. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed. The lack of cleanliness, the poor service, and the outright cash grab mentality with their bottled drinks make this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Do yourself a favor—go somewhere else.

This is such a disappointment. Our family wanted pizza hut to be an every Sunday thing while we watched the game, unfortunately every time we have gone to get the pizza its progressively gotten worse. This time it was just down right gross the pizza didn’t even look fully cooked, they didn’t put the dip for the cinnamon sticks my kid was really looking forward to eating. Overall we have to find a new plan for Sunday’s because the food here is unacceptable.

Finally visited this location after moving to the area several months back. Ordered online and my order was hot and ready at the quoted time. Staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean. I always add a little extra love and spices to my take out pizzas, since I normally make my own, but overall the thin crust pie that I ordered was very nice and tasty. Not many dine out or take out options in Hancock, so everyone should check out this place while visiting or relocating to the area.

Very odd you can’t order fountain drinks.. I ran to sheetz and got drinks.. you can’t request a pizza on the buffet like you used too. No salad or a dessert pizza on the + I did get hut points

Not the Pizza Hut I remember. Staff was nice but the menu is typed on a piece of paper & limited, roll of paper towels on table, they serve pizza in the box which ruins it, need to ask for plates and plastic forks. Needless to say the food was not worth the wait.

Our town used to have 2 Pizza Huts restaurants .. now we have to travel about 40 miles one way to get to Pizza Hut in Hancock Maryland .. have had no problems customizing an order, and have the good old taste the Pizza Hut always did have.. hot and delicious meat lover pan pizza get to select the meat and with BBQ drizzle.. couldn’t ask for a better pizza in our neck of the woods.

The restaurant was clean and the waitress was friendly. But the pizza? Probably the worse pizza I have ever had. And only bottled drinks. I ate here as it was the only restaurant in town open on a Tuesday. That’s probably the reason they stay open.

Don’t appreciate having the staff getting an attitude with you after you already paid online and want to buy a drink separately and they just decide to void your whole payment and make you pay all over again. Thanks Pizza Hut because now my bank account is all screwed up because you couldn’t follow simple instructions by taking a separate order. Then have the nerve to tell me “idk why it does that” sure is weird if you were supposed to be taking a separate order, not messing with the one I already made and paid for..even after I said it was fine did the staff continue to argue with me..just shut up and let me pay so I can leave!!…do better Pizza Hut..that’s why I haven’t been back in awhile because of stupid nonsense such as this..
