Here’s my honest review. When the team is on it the pizza is great! However if it’s incredibly busy and the team is backed up, quality does dip slightly.
When they first opened the pizza was amazing. A few months in, the quality dipped but it did seem like there was a shuffle in the team personel and after trying it recently the quality is back!

I truly wish I could remember the name of the guy working when I was in the other day. It was a Sunday. And he was a super friendly young man, very polite, sweet and dedicated without a doubt. I was working that day I had put my order in and unfortunately i had been delayed from being able to get my lunch break. So I called just to let them know that I was still coming. He very, very kindly offered to freshen up my food after I explained my situation. I told him it wasn’t at all necessary as it was due to my own fault, but he insisted. And I’ll be honest it was probably the best I’ve had from any Pizza Hut in a long, long time. But again, I’ll update this if I remember his name I feel so terrible because he really does deserve commendation.

I am so glad we have Pizza Hut back in Easton – particularly on my side of town off of Marlboro Road! I ordered one of the deals they had – a large one topping pizza for $9.99. I love Pizza Hut’s thin crust pizza and this one did not disappoint! It was ready when they said it would be ready, the girl at the counter was very pleasant and the pizza was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend!!

I placed an order around 10:30 as the store showed it being open, it went through and told me the pickup time was approximately 25 minutes, I arrived ten minutes early and parked infront, I proceded to wait the additional ten as I saw employees inside. After my app notified me the pizza was ready I proceded to get out to go get my pizza, as I arrived at the door I was then notified they were closed by the (assuming manager) no sorry, no appology and no communication. I had no email, notification, call or even text notifying me they closed early, along with wasting my time.

This Pizza Hut location is amazing! They are always very helpful and the staff is great with customers. Pizzas are always hot and fresh! The deals are game changer AND they actually FRY their wings UNLIKE some other big pizza place!

My order is always just right from this location. My issue this time was the condition of the kitchen. It was obvious they were short staffed because the orders were backing up coming out of the oven and it was untidy. A whole pizza had been dropped on the floor and was still there when I went back in to pick up my order. Ive been there multiple and have never seen it like this. Hope it was just a bad day.

I always get great service in Easton and have no issues with any of the staff when I go to pick up my order. If there’s an issue with your order they offer to make it right. But like any place where you place a to go order you need to check what you are getting right there before you leave.
The food is always fresh and hot and tastes like I expect from Pizza Hut.

I dont remember the name of the employee that waited on me when I picked up my order she remembered my name from a previous call in order. When I arrived to pick up my online order she said I was looking for you, I remembered your name and I thought the order was yours. I was shocked that she remembered me. That was cool. The store was clean and I didn’t have to wait. Thank God because I was on my lunchbreak running late

Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut last night and it really hit the spot. The pizza showed up hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. Delivery was on time and the driver was super nice. Sometimes delivery can be a gamble, but this one was perfect. Definitely a five-star experience.
