I ordered the medium pizza special 2 mediums for 8.99. One of the pizzas was incorrect. I got olives instead of onions. I called the Pikesville Maryland store and spoke with Jonah (or something like that)!advised the pizza was wrong. He told me he’d make the correct one and to come pick it up. I live to far away to make another trip. I asked if it could be delivered he said “I don’t know man” I said I would pay the delivery fee he said “I’m busy call me back later” so here I sit with a pizza covered in olives. Had to flick them off with a fork

I ordered a dinner box with only beef and bacon added to the pizza. Somehow someone over there added chicken to my pizza. I’m allergic to chicken. Also the cinnasticks weren’t cooked all the way. Thank god I looked before eating it. I had to call 5 times to get someone on the phone. I kept getting hung up on. Finally got a lady to answer the phone and she was completely rude when I explained what was wrong. She offered to send a corrected pizza, which I accepted. I asked to make sure that they wanted the wrong pizza back and she rudely said yes. Almost like a “duh”. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni, L with the 16 wings deal. The pizza tasted great. But they really skimp on the sauce for the wings. It looks like someone just drizzles a small spoonful of buffalo sauce and shakes it without ever looking at it, again. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

We only ordered from Pizza Hut for the Thin ‘N Crispy pizza, but it wasn’t even crispy and flopped all over the place when trying to get it out of the box, much less trying to eat it. I ordered a second pizza for my son and he said the bottom of the crust was wet, mushy, and it didn’t taste good. Even trying to cook the pizza more at home didn’t salvage them! Totally disgusting and never ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Thursday 9-5-24 around 5 pm.. A female customer ordered a medium pizza and boneless BBQ chicken. The customer didn’t like the appearance of the food. She asked to speak to the manager, the person who prepared the food came to the counter and said,”Who had a problem with the pizza.” His posture appeared aggressive, and his tone was Rude. He made it seem as the pizza was fine; however, the customer appeared increasingly frustrated. Finally the manager appeared after the customer asked for a refund, and the number to customer service. The behavior of this male employee was unbelievable. I guess he thought his work was perfect, which it was a poor representation of Pizza Hut..

I ordered online for my family. When my husband arrived there was multiple people arguing with the staff. When the staff member got to him he was met with pure attitude, and unprofessionalism, he even had the door slammed in his face after inquiring about the wait, even though it said online that the order was ready. My husband left without getting our order due to the treatment he endured at this location. I had such high hopes for this store coming into my neighborhood because Pizza Hut is my favorite. After this experience I doubt if my family or I will ever visit any other Pizza Hut establishment, if this behavior is tolerated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!

My food was hot and flavorful even after driving home to eat. Service was fast, I got a cheese burger melt, and my husband got a chicken, bacon parm melt. The outside was slightly crispy while the inside was cooked to absolute perfection. I was very pleased with both meals. Wish there were more sides to choose from for the hut box.

We order from this location pretty frequently, have never had a problem. On our most recent order, we ordered 3 pizzas for delivery but only 2 were delivered. I called the store, by the time I called the employees had realized the mistake and remade our missing pizza x2 and sent them out to be delivered. I really appreciate such great customer service and will continue ordering from this location! Thank you for doing a great job!!!
