Pizza hut isn’t what it used to be unfortunately. The pan pizza is more crust than toppings the boneless wings were dry. Customer Service doesn’t know anything about anything and I was promised a response within 3 days on the 28th of June and no response yet. I earned a free pizza due to a promotion and no one knew how to honor it so that was a dud ! I guess I have to go to Domino’s or Pizza Boli’s because Pizza hut has to realize their pizza isn’t exactly cheap and I actually expect quality and not sarcastic responses about rings around the pan. As much as I love the pan crust I don’t want more crust than topping.

Hello all, well today I ordered pizza for lunch from pizza hut, I ordered the Big New Yorker with pepperoni, I haven’t ordered from here in quite a while and I must say it’s going to be a long while before I order again, the pizza that I received was over cooked and I never seen or ate a pizza with that much oregano on the pie and all over inside the box it was almost as if there was no top on the jar of oregano when they went to sprinkle it on the pie and it just went all over, there was just so much that we couldn’t even enjoy it, I’m very big into pizza and this may be the worst pizza I have ever eaten, and to the owners of pizza hut I apologize to you but coming from New York good pizza maker are hard to come by it’s more of an art to make a good pie that’s cooked right.

Two things – I ordered a pizza with LIGHT sauce and EXTRA cheese. I got exactly the opposite. I ignored this because I was hungry. But then I also bit down on what appears to be a piece of wood in my pizza. After telling me it wasn’t wood and it was a piece of crust, I was told I could be refunded but they needed to pick up the pizza (never mentioned the wood) I asked did they need the stick as well she said yes. She later changed it and said I needed to text a random number the pictures and I would be refunded tomorrow. No type of apology. Do not order from here. They clearly do not care.

My side salad was wet, withered and had old wilted onions on it so that was a waste of money because I didn’t eat it. This is what a $4.99 side salad looks like from this location. No love added what so ever! My cheese sticks were burnt but at least the Detroit style pizza was the only thing that was enjoyed. If I ever order from this location again, I’ll definitely check my food first before leaving.

I visited this Pizza Hut for the 1st time yesterday (12/30/2024). It is a Take-out and Delivery only location. When I walked in the door, Anna was standing at the counter with a big smile and greeted me promptly. She took her time and told me which specials were available when I asked. I decided to get a Medium Pan Pizza with Pepperoni, Green Pepper and Onion. I waited in one of the 3 seats available while my order was prepared. My order was ready in @ 15 minutes. Anna offered me paper plates, napkins and coupons with my order.
When I arrived home and opened my pizza, the crust was golden brown and it was loaded with toppings. My only complaint was that some of the green peppers and onions were burnt. I picked those off and enjoyed my pizza. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely come back.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The lady I just spoke to was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. My wife and I placed an order over the phone for 6 pizzas to take to my daughter’s school for her birthday. They took my order, told me it would be ready in 25 minutes, and when I arrived, the door was locked, the lady was sitting in her chair at the front, wouldn’t open the door and when I called she told me they were closed. I made the order at 1030, when Google and the sign on the front of the restaurant says they are open. She wouldn’t explain anything to me, didn’t even offer an apology and hung up on me. When I called back, they switch the prompt on the phone to saying the store was closed. Now, I’m going to be late after I promised my daughter a pizza party at her school. If the store doesn’t open until noon, the store should say that instead of lying to you. Luckily for me, Pizza Bolis is right across the street. Save yourself, go there instead. They will treat you much better.
