The gm Hailey is rude and incompetent. She likes to flaunt that she runs 3 restaurants but this place is trash and she’s done nothing buf accuse customers of having a vendetta. I’ve seen the cooks touch personal items and then touch pizza dough. When I tried to warn her about it, she became snarky. Acting as if I was the problem. Completely gross experience stay away from this restaurant if possible!

Ordered breadsticks, huge air pocket in the middle and top tasted burned. I used to work in a pizza restaurant, this usually happens when no one is monitoring the food in the oven and they allow large bubbles to form without popping them with a poker. My kids took one bite and refused to eat the rest. The pizzas were better this time, “well done” in some spots, but they have also had large bubbles in the past, and upon arrival they were sitting unattended running into each other on the conveyer at the end of the oven.

Service was decent and fast but 12 bone in wing for $23 were not worth it. Wings were the smallest I have ever seen. No meat on the wings. Almost took them back for a refund.

I ordered online the cinnamon and cheese sticks were advertised as a 10 pieces however I only received 5. Idk if that’s an error online or the store but if 5 pieces is the deal. The site and app need to be updated ASAP. I called the store to get clarity but couldn’t get an answer. Otherwise the food is good and the staff are great whenever I carryout.

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni. The pizza was nothing but marinara sauce (too much) and cheese, 0 pepperoni. Called to make them aware and the gentleman asked “what do you want me to do about it?” Seriously? We tried to eat it but had zero flavor, can only taste marinara sauce, not appetizing. Very disappointed.

The service was good, prompt and efficient. However, my pizza was not good. I ordered the hut box which includes a small personal pan pizza and boneless wings or fries. I selected the boneless wings and pizza option. The pizza was not crispy edges like I like, it tasted rushed and undercooked and wasn’t really good to be honest. I had already left the store and was home by the time I started to eat it and just was not satisfied so I threw it away. $10 down the drain. Angela checked my food, it wasn’t a good check or effort to make it cause it was nasty. Oh yeah and they do not offer Parmesan packs anymore for your pizza, she wanted to charge me a $1 and some change & for ranch for my wings it’s like .95 cents…. Shouldn’t ranch or blue cheese come with wings??? But anyways yeah – not worth it.

I would put 0 star. So I’m out of town at work we hungry. So, let’s get pizza hut it’s always good. Wrong, the pizza only had sause and cheese on a little more than half. I’m going to try putting up some pics. Just think of of 5 hungry men and I bring back this.

I order from here pretty consistently. It’s disappointing when you spend almost $90 and you receive all the pizzas like this. Also not sure if they changed their pan style pizza but this just isn’t it.

There are already 2 times that they gave me the wrong order, today they did not give me the ingredients or the type of pizza that I ordered, I had to wait 20 minutes after the established time, I will definitely change stores, due to the bad service..
