Wow I think new staff people here. They’re very nice. I asked for well done and they showed and asked me if it look good or put it back in. I never had that experience before. Everyone had a smile on their face and work hard. I’ll be back! Pizza was delicious!

I’ve never seen this zero sauce, thinner than a taco shell kind of pizza in my entire life. I hate when people playing with customer’s foods. I paid for this toy pizza only to waste of my time to wait for the food & pickup that can’t even get a refund and have to waste another extra time for them to remake it.
No manager, just staff. It makes me question if they trained the staff well enough to make pizza and why there’s no one who can manage to maintain the quality of the food before it goes to customers.
The fact that I don’t have a choice but to wait to not throw my money out makes me more upset. I would’ve just gone to another place and come home faster. I won’t ever order pizza from here again.

I recently dined at Pizza Hut and found the food to be quite good, with delicious pizzas and tasty sides. However, the atmosphere left much to be desired. The restaurant felt noisy and cluttered, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Overall, a decent experience but improvements in ambiance would make it much better.

I ordered through the official Pizza Hut app, but my pizza took over an hour to arrive. It turned out they bundled my delivery with another order far away, which is ridiculous. When I called the store to cancel due to the delay, they had the nerve to tell me to contact DoorDash myself, even though I never used the DoorDash app. They are just passing the buck because it’s convenient for them. The pizza finally arrived ice cold. This location has zero accountability.

No one to help three ppl waiting to order. Both employees were on cell phones. One of the ppl waiting to order called back several times but no one came out. I yelled loudly “can someone help us” and someone finally came out. Seemed annoyed to actually help pll.

I have no idea what happened to Pizza Hut. Customer service and everything was fine, what was not fine is the, well, pizza. Yuk. Pizza Hut is just not the same. What once was a reference for pizza has become an empty space with some customers giving it a shot to end up disappointed.

It’s a bait and switch store. The web site lists a Large one topping pizza for $9.99. A phone call, and nice you lady tells me that only for some stores. It’s $13.99 at their store. They actually tried to make me pay for the pepperoni topping for the pepperoni special once years ago. My last try at this place.

Why would you have a scamming machine.im sure the food is.ok and the food is great. But you guys have a claw machine that can literally not pick up the items. We got a 10 dollar ticket. And not once the claw was able to.even move a tag on the item.
