HORRIBLE waiting times. Every time you order on the app, it’s almost never gonna arrive when they say it will be. I’ve waited way longer than expected more than once. It honestly feels like 50/50 whether your food even shows up or not at all. I’ve also seen other reviews saying their orders ‘weren’t in the system’ or calls getting hung up on, and I’ve experienced similar issues. I usually enjoy Pizza Hut, but this location has completely ruined it for me. It’s frustrating because it’s the closest one to me, but the service here is just unacceptable. Something seriously needs to change.(P.S IF YOU DO USE UR REWARD POINTS, YOU DO NOT GET IT BACK.)

I went to this pizzeria and it’s a total disaster. The staff is very rude and they don’t take orders properly. I was discriminated against, supposedly by the manager named Aldo, who threatened to kill me just because I complained about him not giving me my pizza. He threw a bottle at me and said he wanted to kill me simply because he saw me as an immigrant without knowing my status. I have a video of when he tried to attack me.

After waiting another 10 minutes after posting my original review (and still no food, by the way), I took a closer look and found reviews going back two and even four years complaining about the exact same issue: extremely long wait times. This place is an absolute waste of both time and money, and I won’t sugarcoat that.
I don’t know who runs this location, but having such a consistently poor track record over four years is honestly unbelievable.
I’ve ordered from here three times, using both DoorDash and Uber Eats, and two out of those three orders had the same problem: they never handed the food to the driver. I’m left waiting endlessly, and on one occasion when I called, I was told they couldn’t even find my order in their system. That happened last year, and I’m still dealing with the exact same issue today.
If the system is the problem, then fix it. Customers shouldn’t be paying the price for ongoing operational failures.

I ordered 3 pizzas, but they were never delivered. When I called the driver, he claimed he had already delivered them, which is not true. I then called the pizza shop, and they told me there was no record of my order, yet I was still charged $48.37

Was shocked to see that this former sit-down Pizza Hut has been turned into a strictly carryout establishment now!! There were absolutely no chairs or tables in this once-vibrant restaurant. While I wasn’t able to sit down and enjoy a Personal Pan pizza with salad bar option as I had always done in the past, I did still order a Supreme Personal Pan pizza and it was delicious. I guess that’s what matters most at a pizza place!! Will go back for another soon.
