If I can give zero stars I would I am never coming back to this location ever again. Third time eating from here and the first time i ordered no problem and the second time I waited 20 minutes and was even late to work and nobody was in there. Now this is my third time and I work across the street and this is my second time ordering online (carryout) . Yesterday 08/30/2025 at 6:53PM. I saw online that their dinner box was $19.99 I got the dinner box: two medium pizzas, 8 boneless wings mild, and cheese bacon breadsticks for $24.37 when I got there my order was no where to be found but the money was taken off my card. I looked on the screen but my order wasn’t popping up. The manager said they don’t sell dinners boxes but online it said otherwise and if you guys aren’t selling it then why is it available online? The manager didn’t even offer to make my food despite me showing her my confirmation email and the transaction on my cash app along with the cashier and then the guy going to saying it says pending, it doesn’t matter if it says pending it still took my money! I the lady printed out a paper with everyone credit card but didn’t see mines and I didn’t see it in the system either but they took my money though! I am 9 weeks pregnant and spent $24.37 on food that I haven’t received and then I had to spend more money on food for me and my baby and now I have to dispute the transaction from my cash app since today 08/31/3035 it says payment completed instead of pending. I’ll go to Wendy’s or pack my lunch from now. I wouldn’t go here unless yall want poor customer service, money taken without receiving food, and long wait times.
Update: it’s now Wednesday, October 1, 2025 and I’m still fighting to get my refund. Pizza Hut wants to give me free food instead of my money which I think is crazy but I’m going to get my money. I will never ever buy Pizza from Pizza Hut again. Even the manager on duty wanted to offer me free food I declined I don’t want food I want my money!

Took a hour and 25 mins to get my order, called the restaurant girl who answered was mad rude and didn’t want to listen to my complain, delivered the wrong food, pasta mad dry if I could give it negative stars I would. I deserve a refund for this

Delivery is slow, takes about 1h 15mins or so. Pizza had to reheated in oven, wasn’t really hot. Other than that cinnamon sticks & chocolate chip cookie was good.

I came inside for an order that’s supposed to be car side pick up and the man at the front desk had a horrendous attitude. He ignored me when I asked for help multiple times and seemed to spend more time on the phone then the line in front of him. They are not enforcing mask mandates as there are customers in the building wearing no mask. Won’t be giving them another dime. Eat at your own risk

This is the worst looking pizza hut I’ve ever seen. It’s really bare bones. There are no booths. Just tables with chairs. No lights hanging over the tables. No wall art. No type of decorations. Nothing pleasing to the eye. the rug looks like it hasnt been clea ed or replaced in 10 years. They also dont have any cups so you have to buy a personal 20 oz soda because you cant share a 2 liter. All plates and utensils are paper and plastic. There are no waiters. Seems like they do not want you to dine in. However the pizza and wings were good and the wait wasnt bad.
