I have been here several times and while the food has been consistently good, the customer service is always horrible. Whenever I’m here or my wife picks up an order, all of the customers are complaining about 1. The horrible customer service and 2. The overall slow service. The only redeeming quality is the food and the fact that it’s the closest Pizza Hut in the area. Is this why the community (including myself) put up with it? Probably so, but not anymore. After the rude treatment (from a female worker) that my wife and several customers experienced today (3.7.26) at roughly 2pm this afternoon, it’s done. Whoever owns this location, please remove the entire management and front line staff (keep the cooks). It’s completely ridiculous. If you have read the horrible reviews regarding the lack of good customer service, please believe them. Thank you.

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust was perfectly cooked and the cheese was melted just right. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was correct. Definitely coming back!

Previous reviews had me hesitant but let me say that everything was great. There were probably growing pains when it first opened but those have been worked out. Pizzas were perfect. Pasta dishes were perfect. Bread and cheese sticks were perfect. Price was great. Absolutely no complaints from a family who knows Pizza Hut food.

Trash – I ordered at 10:30, online order said it was ready at 11. I got there at 11:30 and nothing was done. To top it off, I’m allergic to hot peppers which somehow made it on my pepperoni pizza. I was very hesitant to order here because of the reviews. Everything was great! Pizza and wings were both delicious. The girl at the counter was very nice and friendly. We will order from here again! (My husband ordered naked wings, that’s the only reason they don’t look seasoned.)

I order online. the estimated time for my food to be ready was 14 minutes. I get there the lady says 10 more minutes and that it wasn’t ready. so I go sit for them 10 minutes I come back in she says it’s still not ready and that a machine or something wasn’t working..could’ve communicated to let customer know . I’ve been waiting for 24 minutes for a small pizza that is 4 slices and 4 boneless nuggets. Store opens and takes orders around 9 and pickup is at 10.. and to not be sure on when food will be done is unprofessional. LAST week the worker tried to tell me i didn’t pay for a beverage when It came with the meal. will not be returning .

Food was terrible. Worked a 12 hour shift an figured it be easier to grab pizza hut for dinner for the family but wasted $40. Pizza looked and tastes like card board an breadstick looked like a overcooked loaf of bread. We just threw the whole meal away and I ended up running out to another restaurant to grab my family dinner. I would honestly go elsewhere instead of there. Lesson learned
