No complaints about the store, staff or food. Just the neighborhood. Not sure what is to the left of this store,but there were a group of 10 hanging out there thennIs that what I went to pick up my food?I was greeted with the super thick bulletproof glass , you would think you were in a bank. However the staff was very polite and professional. I ordered the food online and it was ready when they said it would be. nMost certainly be going here again if i’m in the area

Just 3 months later, and the quality has already fallen to average. Guess it doesn’t take long.
I arrived @ the appointed time, however, I Watched as my pizza sat on the end of the conveyor for 10 min while the staff just did other things. Had it scheduled didn’t receive until 20min after the appointed time. It was cold, dry tasted unimpressive and I thought it was supposed to be square cut. I understand things happen, and humans are only people, but Id rather they had placed my pizza in a warming location, while they counted money, and gathered spoons. And there was no basil pesto drizzle, and I thought Chicago tavern was to be cut square.

Awful…order my 1 big box online 30 mins before I arrive, only for the employee to tell me, i have so many orders I did not see you order. I understood, realizing there were only 3 employees. She stated it will be an additional 20 to 25 mins. Not sure what type of management they have but it is not supportive. It was so crowded with the same stories. I got my pizza but who ever own/management it need to do better. Never again.

They were fast, the ingredients were fresh n tasty, and the team member who dealt with me was courteous and friendly. This is not a sit down restaurant, which is why my atmosphere rating is only a 3 star.

Haven’t had Pizza hut in years, since they changed the dough. But a $2 , I couldn’t refuse. The pizzas were very good . The service not so much . Ordered 4 pizzas 2 were wrong. I would go back, I’ll just have to check my order before leaving!!!

Whoever made the dough/crust on the personal pan I received today crushed it!! Whoever put it through the oven cooked it for the perfect amount of time. It was flaky, buttery and overall satisfactory. This may be extra but I’m extra satisfied. Thank you!!
