Awful…order my 1 big box online 30 mins before I arrive, only for the employee to tell me, i have so many orders I did not see you order. I understood, realizing there were only 3 employees. She stated it will be an additional 20 to 25 mins. Not sure what type of management they have but it is not supportive. It was so crowded with the same stories. I got my pizza but who ever own/management it need to do better. Never again.

On 7/29/23 at 9pm who ever the young lady running the counter needs a raise a bonus or something. She was understaffed and over ordered and clearly had it under control even though the line was WAY out the door. She was a clear professional and showed great leadership to get every order out. Sometimes great customer service goes unrecognized because of circumstances. Awsome job to the lady running the counter. And the pizza was good

Do not utilize this facility. I placed an order on Friday June 21st at 7:30 online. I looked for update in about 45 minutes and my pizza never arrived. I called corporate that day and they told me a refund would take 1-3 business days. I followed up on Monday ( 1 business day later) and was told that I should expect my money back on Wednesday the 26th. I checked my account today. My money wasn’t refunded. I had to make a scene to get that only to be told that it would take another 1-3 business days to receive my order. Corporate authorized free pizza for the inconvenience, but I still have to wait over a week for refund.

Never never again the first time I ordered the wait was over two hours then on top of that I gave it another try and they brought me a completely different order not to mention the pizzas were burnt. I’m not sure what they put in this pizza, but eating it gave me violent diarrhea for two days and I’m very annoyed that I have to keep getting up to go to the bathroom. I will not be ordering pizza from this location again.

Pizza was cold, dilevery took over a hour long almost 2 hours, and then the dilevery person did not even have 5 dollars to return change so I was forced to pay 11 dollar tip. I would no recommend doing delivery with pizza hut location
