This location is really bad with checking to make sure the delivery orders have all the items. Then they don’t answer the phone when you call the location. They keep sending you to the call center. If you purchase from here just do carryout.

I placed an order on August 1st. My entire order was incorrect & I’ve been calling for 6 days in a row only to be told that they aren’t accepting calls each time I call. I called again today only to be told the same things. I left customer feedback via the app and received nothing but a generic automated email reply that said they’d share my feedback with the restaurant. This is the most ridiculous issue I’ve faced with a restaurant.

My daughter who is handicap ordered on her app and then went into pick it up, they were not helpful at all. After I went in she finially told meYou have to have your email otherwise there’s no way for them to look up your order . Customer service was poor and not helpful at all! The girl was chewing gum! Such a pain just to place an order over the phone. Talked to the first representative over the phone, they said they said system issue and need to transfer me to store, then transferred me to store and was placed on hold for about 6 and then call got dropped. I called again and a different representative pick up and had a difficult time understanding how to spell the word “Hazen” and just kept on wasting my time.

I’ve ordered here 3x and the order has been wrong each time. I don’t know why pizza hut can’t understand that some people don’t eat pork or meat and want cheese pizzas, and feel inclined to add pepperoni. Today was my 1st time ordering for delivery through the app. The pizzas arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled delivery time and both pizzas were incorrect. When you call the store number you get redirected to a central call center abroad when then transfers you to the local store, which takes 20 minutes of hold time. The store then says that although the order was placed through their app, delivery is by doordash so my issue has to be taken up with them. This pizza hut needs to be rescued before it gets out of hand. They won’t see another dollar of mine. #dominoeswouldnever

I ordered my food for pickup through the app, showed up to retrieve my order and was told that someone else picked up my order. This means the name and order number weren’t confirmed before my food was handed off. Then I’m told that it would take 10 minutes to make my order over and that was a lie. It took a total of 30 minutes. I am highly disappointed with my overall experience !

Asked for extra sauce and got no sauce at all. Pizza was dryer than the dessert!! Oh by the way stop using door dash for your delivery. Took over an hour to get a pizza from a store 10 mins from me. I guess thats what i get for being lazy huh.

Pizza was hot and look like it was made with care. The staff were friendly. I will be back. Sometimes Crain Highway (going South) can be backed up so hard to make a u-turn so if you’re going North it’s best to turn by the 7-11.
