This is an overall review of Pizza Hut based on an experience I had today. I placed an order through the app and realized immediately after submitting it that it was set for pickup instead of delivery. I called the Waldorf store right away to either cancel the order or change it to delivery.
The automated system instructed me to press 1 to order or modify an existing order, which I did. I explained the issue to the first person, who then placed me on hold. When the next person answered, I had to explain the situation all over again. This cycle repeated about five times. At that point, I realized I wasn’t speaking to the store at all but to a call center.
When the sixth person answered, I explained that I had already spoken to multiple people and was simply trying to reach the store. They hung up on me. By then, I had been on the phone for about 15 minutes.
I called back and experienced the same issues again. Several representatives either claimed they couldn’t hear me and transferred me, or hung up when I asked questions or requested their name. After calling back multiple times, I finally spoke with a woman who actually engaged with me. She took my information and said someone would cancel my order. When I asked how I would know the cancellation was completed, she said someone would call me, which didn’t make sense.
In the end, I had to go to the store and pick up the order myself, which I was trying to avoid because I’m sick. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, and it honestly makes me feel done with Pizza Hut.

No issues. Ordered a few times when I was pregnant. Pizza was always hot and delicious even with delivery. Chicken bites were delicious as well. Garlic bread is missing something, not my favorite.

Recently, their cheese pasta alfredo has had WAY too much seasoning. It’s totally overpowering. I have to scrape off the excess and it’s a whole ordeal. Their pizza and fries are good though

I always get my pizza with no sauce and no meat just mushroom and spinach and cheese its delicious. The fries are also very good but you get very little which is dissapointing. The apple pies are a good desert and perfectly hand held easy to eat. We normally pick up but we got delivery one night and they were late on delivery so they emailed me the next day with a coupon code for 2 medium one topping pizzas which was awesome cause I didn’t even complain.

The entire staff is unprofessional especially George and Tristen. Went in store to place an order after being hung up on twice over the phone. Asked to speak to the manager (the fat guy) to give feedback on what issues customers have experienced on our end. He literally says that has nothing to do with him even though it’s your store , your responsibility to problem solve. He walks away and another employee takes my order.
I go outside to wait for my food after paying and another customer who was present for everything comes outside to speak to me while we wait. She explains how she understands my frustrations because she too has had the same experiences and also tells me I didn’t say anything wrong nor rude to them. We go back inside and the manager has canceled my order without saying anything and hands me a refund receipt while laughing. This is probably the rudest and most childish staff that I’ve ever encountered, and they don’t belong in customer service.I would just bypass this location and go straight to brandywine if I were you.

Not good breadsticks. All too dry and some were completely seasoning-less. Trying to call in an order is frustraing and slow even if I’m not being hung up on. This has been on multiple occasions

I ordered a medium pan pizza with pork, onions and jalapenos. I drive all the way to Waldorf to pick it up, when I get back home open the box to see No Cheese and not a pan pizza!
(I drove from Accokeek to pick it up! ) They tried to say order was mixed up with another that just happened to order the exact same toppings but with no cheese on hand tossed.
