Terrible service. The people who work there are neither professional nor responsible. I ordered four personal pizzas, went to the place, paid, and wasted my time waiting, only to find out they hadn’t even made my order… and saying “I’m sorry” is apparently enough for them.If you don’t want to waste your time, don’t visit this Pizza Hut. Try Papa John’s or Domino’s instead; they’re probably more professional.

Terrible service! I ordered a medium pizza, which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the Manassas Shoppers Square store 20 minutes later than expected, and it still hasn’t arrived. I placed the order through the app. This is not a good image for such a famous pizza brand. There are other people waiting for their orders, and they aren’t receiving them either. This is at 8:11 PM on February 14, 2026.

This location is always so clean and the girls inside are friendly. I often stop by to grab something for lunch. I will say, the two times I stopped by for dinner (mobile order ahead), the gentleman was very insistent on giving a tip, almost feeling like I couldn’t leave unless I did. For this reason, I will not be visiting again at dinner time. However, I will continue to visit for lunch.

Had a pizza delivered and should have known by the outside of the box that it wasn’t going to be pretty.. so much grease on the inside too. I had to throw away two pieces because they were soggy. Something must have been sitting on this box for the top to be this bad.. or maybe mishandled.

Every time i order to go, the cashier ask for tips while you are paying with your card , and he is been asking quite a while ,not others locations do that practice , that is not rigth , tips are only for deliveries , him asking has to stop asap
